      $47.55 every month just for a service charge fee is straight up theft. Wherever I rent next, I’ll go out of my way to make sure they don’t use Enbridge because that’s just absolutely ridiculous.

      Less than 0! I had 2 accounts with Dominion once enbridge bought dominion they combined both accounts and now I have 1 bill which causes chaos for me. 1 is my daughters and the other is mine, now we can’t tell who’s bill is who’s! Her bill is always ready for disconnection and mine has never been! Call enbridge multiple times to get separate bills going to each house and they say there’s only 1 account!!! No doubt since you made it one bill!!!! Now my gas is endanger of being disconnected because of this!! I never agreed to this change and have asked numerous times for separate bills to stop all the confusion!!

      I have never missed a paying a bill. I have a 750 credit score. Enbridge has had me as a customer on three homes I own. I just bought another home and tried to get gas in my name. They charged me a security deposit because some uneducated people that are in billing couldn't find my accounts for three other homes that were never late. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They need to hire people who actually know how to do their jobs. For me to need a security deposit is disgusting! I hate this company.

      The basic service charge is incorrect. Online the monthly service charge will is $17.58.

      After calling TWICE to ask why I can't create an account or get a copy of my bills - which stopped arriving after they switched names - I was told another person called to claim our address. When I asked if anyone verified the account information, the customer service person said they couldn't tell / determine whether any questions had been asked. I asked for it to immediately be put back in my name, to which they responded yes that's what would happen. Months went by and still no bill sent by mail or email. I called again and was told someone else's name is still on my account. I went through the entire process again and asked if they other person was paying the invoice. The answer was NO. So now I'm on the hook for invoices that were sent to another person. Mistake on top of mistake on top of mistake with this group. Buffoons.

      Service was shut off due - I corrected the billing issues THE SAME DAY SERVICE WAS DOSCONNECTED. They told me they have no available reconnections for A WEEK! me and my children will be w/o gas for a week. They are worthless and incompetent.

      This is the worst company in the world to deal with every employee at their call center is completely incompetent. I have been with out gas for a full week because they can’t open a pdf file I have emailed them 5 times. If I could give them zero stars I would.

      Turned my service off at 12:45 pm and I immediately corrected their billing error in which they gave me the phone run around for hours to which they then tell me they aren't going to reconnect me today because they have so many shut offs to do they don't have time even though the technician stated he would return if payment was resolved not to mention I had no idea there was even an issue. Then they schedule reconnection the next day between 8AM AND MIDNIGHT! MIDNIGHT! REALLY! What a joke of a business model. And Tequilla the manager I spoke with was about the most unprofessional call agent I've ever dealt with in all my years. Its hard to believe we have no other choice in natural gas service but totally explains how they act.

      These jokers can't even get there website up in Ohio to allow us to make a payment. Then won't waive late fee when payment crosses the threshold. No concern for the customer. Absolutely trash.

      Absolute worst utility company that I have worked with. Switched to them when I moved in November and have had nothing but problems with ZERO resolutions. Its a shame because we literally have no where else to get our gas from so we are stuck! If I could give no stars I would.
