      Absolute criminals. They charged a monthly service fee for $40 even though I was no longer in my unit well before the cycle end of Aug 30th. Me and my landlady both called to switch it over before then but because they couldn't come until after that date, I still got charged. The usage is basically $0.11, probably a bump into the range from the cleaning lady after I moved out or landlord doing her check. I'd pay the $0.11 !!! My electric company handled it with way more grace, understanding, and kindness and absolutely no confusion or chaos in my transition. Just added the amount used to my prior balance due. If there's a way to avoid this company, please do.

      I live in Canton Ohio, without any form of notice this company decided to do major construction with the pipes that has been ongoing for 6 months now, The major issue is, multiple times they have blocked my way into my own home, or destroyed and blocked my driveway without any form of notice, people in this neighborhood do work. I thought it was against the law to do major construction without notify the occupants of the houses you will be working at. So now my car is parked on the street and I have to worry about their city workers busting out my tail lights again by throwing the trash cans.

      For about a 1 1/2 years I have been trying to get them to fix my account. I tried faxing, email and calling them. I got left on hold over thirty minutes and no one answered. It all started when I moved I didn't get a bill for over a month. When I got the bill it said that I owe a transfer balance which I don't but I paid for what I used and still trying to get someone. The number that I was faxing came back no one picked up. I went online for a fax number it turned out no good. Then they put the gas the day of the no cutoff date ends. Finally I got someone on the phone and explain the problem they gave me a fax number. So I faxed copies of my bills. The next bill said that I was placed on a payment plan of which I was told that they didn't have. They are still saying that I owe a transfer balance and now about every other month I get a shutoff notice

      I moved from a rental to my own home. Long story short, as with other reviews I have seen on here, I was charged the service fee for only 7 days and then again promptly at my new address. Which I am sure the new tenants will be charged for the service fee in the same month. That is double dipping. There should be something that can be done to change this. It is not right. There is no grounds to argue as it's the only option for gas service. So the consumer is just stuck paying it in order to keep gas service.
