I purchased a H**** **** from Exclusive Auto in May 2023. I needed my brakes serviced. I got a quote from another shop for over $1200. These guys serviced my car for 1/3 of the price. Highly recommend they support their customers 100% for all your needs.

I have not driven the 2021 ****** ******* ********* *** * Door. Items have to be dealt with or parts will fall off and cause more expense. Some items were noticed, but as I looked deeper at the car, there were more issues. I am not talking about scratches in the paint or rims. I am talking about specific areas corrected by the company due to a wreck. When you buy a car with a rebuilt title it is to be put together, painted, and cleaned correctly. First, I have never seen so much overspray in my life. The underneath is coated in blue! The inner fender wells, hood pad, and unibody were coated in blue paint. They did not tape off areas correctly and the areas they did tape off were not done correctly. Second, the car has missing parts, incorrect parts, and parts installed incorrectly. A metal screw was used to hold up the rocker panel cover! The headlights did not match. A mud flap was missing. The inner fender well not mounted to the quarter panel. The headlight wire harness is installed incorrectly. There are missing grommets. A bracket by the rear passenger wheel is just hanging there! Third, the car was filthy! I am not talking about detailing a car. I am talking about a simple cleaning. The interior and exterior of this car was horrible. The inside of the windshield was sprayed with some type of chemical! So many areas that were missed! Fourth, the discouraging aspect of the sale came from the seller. He said, “A car with this color and these miles. You are never going to find a car like this!” Well, he was right! This car has overspray, wrong assembly, and uncleanliness. He said, “Give me a ten-millimeter wrench and screwdriver. This car is so easy to work on and put together.” Yet, the car was rebuilt incorrectly! The company did assist in loading the car. I was given a ride to the bank. Simply put, this car was not as claimed! The car is sitting in my garage waiting for parts because it was not assembled correctly.

I purchased my first used car (a 2004 Toyota Corolla) from Exclusive Auto Group about two years ago, and it is still running great! The owners of Exclusive Auto Group and all of the employees were very helpful, and I would definitely purchase a car from them again. My car has needed some minor repairs since I bought it, but I was expecting to have to pay for some repairs since I purchased a car that was 16 years old. When I was considering purchasing my car, I brought it to a mechanic nearby who mentioned that the front brake pads might need to be replaced soon. I brought this up to Charlie while we were negotiating the price, and one of the mechanics at Exclusive Auto looked at the brakes to see if they needed to be replaced. It turned out that the brake pads and rotors were fine for the time being, but Charlie offered to replace them after they wore out as part of our deal. Two years later, it was finally time to replace my brakes, so I called Exclusive Auto. Charlie remembered me and our deal, and repaired my breaks that same week. I have had a very positive experience with Exclusive Auto, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used car. My car has been very reliable, and I am glad that my first used car experience worked out so well!
