Had a great experience with PuroClean as of March and April 2024. Everyone was friendly, they came in and inspected and then gave me a run down of what work they would need to do. I was then scheduled within a few days and had no issues with the work they performed. I'm a bit concerned another commenter may have the wrong company? This company is not going out of business, and there is no indication that they are. Our insurance company just recommended them and we just had work perfectly completed by their team. Maybe there are other franchises and one is closing? but I used one in Columbus Ohio, and within Franklin County. I see no indication of going out of business nor did we receive any email stating that.Review from Parker F

Stay far away from this company. They billed me for $2k worth of work they didn't even perform. Had an over $20k project that they completely ruined. Kitchen cabinets falling off the wall, entire dining room floor is buckling after one month along with other issues that will need to be addressed. I contacted them, they agreed it was a result of their workers not doing the installs correctly, and even had a new sub come out and give an estimate to redo the work. Puroclean then emailed me saying they had approved the new work to be done and would be in touch to schedule. Then nothing. Got an email a week later saying they were going out of business and sorry for the inconvenience. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive project that I paid for in full, only to be stuck with a hack job that I will have to pay to be fixed out of pocket. The entire experience with this company from start to finish was completely stressful, expensive, and down right criminal. I will never use a company like this again.Review from Jay C

The company was very responsive to our issue and had a crew on site within the week to remediate the mold in our attic. The crew was very respectful, friendly, and professional. I would definitely have them back if needed.
