1 starI too, was a loyal Chase customer, but I am tired of how they treat small businesses. I'm a very small business owner who instituted a wire transfer that needed to be recalled because the fee I was not going to receive the fee to cover the transfer on time. (it's been a challenging year.) I phoned, trying to be honest and get ahead of the game. The associate told me that because I instituted it online, I was told that I could not cancel it but that since there were not enough funds in the account, the wire would absolutely not go through. Great. But, Chase took the funds out 4 business days later, almost emptying my operating account. I phoned to complain and was given a 4th reason to complain: 1. I was given incorrect information that will now adversely impact my business, because I have vendors who need I to timely pay (with what?) and funds coming out that *** make my account go negative. Poor customer service training.2. I received notice that the wire was pending and online it said that I could cancel "pending" wires, but pending does not mean pending; they'd already sent it. Lack of transparency.3. Chase's customers can institute a wire transfer online, but can't cancel it. Those are our funds; to not have complete control is egregious.4. It doesn't matter the date you schedule a wire for; Chase will send it anyway against your own instructions. Lack of following customers ********************************* has received tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars (while holding my business funds). I am not sure that will continue to be the case.Review fromMary G

1 starI previously wrote a review and had someone reach out. Since then my situation has only become worse. After waiting 5 months for my savings (+$20k) to be cleared due to insurance we waited for the date of money being released. On that date, I couldn't log in to my account so i went to my local chase only to find out they took it upon themselves without warning to close my account and said they would now be mailing my savings to me. I was told I would receive it within 7-10 business days and we are now 15+ days with no update. They gave me a tracking number that has not been updated since the 23rd of July, **** has been called with no further update and now Chase says we need wait even longer if we want to void the check and get a new one sent. This is so unprofessional, I feel as I am living a nightmare. This is my entire savings they just take their dang time getting back to me. First of all, a little communication to tell me my account was going to be closed and for a reason. Secondly, we have $20k just casually being sent in the mail and my entire savings. I fell like no one truly cares and just passes me along, all i am asking for is my money back and ASAP to end this nightmare. I would love for someone to reach out and make this right. Get me a new check mailed over night so we can move on.Review fromNatalie A

1 star_Complaint against Chase Bank_Betrayed by Chase's handling of a fraudulent case involving my accountant, who stole thousands from my account. Despite overwhelming evidence, Chase denied my claim and sided with the perpetrator._Evidence:_- Accountant took unauthorized funds, faking my signature (Chase has images, emails, receipts)- Used fake accounts, Square account numbers, and police reports - Claimed account was hacked, but emails reveal deception (Chase has these emails)- Payment history shows suspicious activity: $100/month for 9 months, then sudden increases to $200, $300, $1000 $4000 multiple times at one point reached felony level _Chase's Failure:_- Ignored their own definition of fraud - Failed to stop pending transactions, leading to significant losses - Sided with perpetrator, despite overwhelming evidence and over 20 years as a customer _Conclusion:_Chase Bank's betrayal has left me vulnerable. Use Chase as your "b)&!h bank" - don't trust them with your money, just use them for minimal transactions. Keep your valuable funds elsewhere. This bank is not on your side.Review fromRobert J

1 starToo big to care I think... we recently had our mortgage servicing transferred to JPMC and have been inundated with email solicitations (seems like every day) from them and just was awakened by one "Urgent" email this morning a 1:39 a.m. I did not, and would not have chosen JPMC for any financial needs and now they buy their way into my life and force themselves upon me. Something needs to be done but they are among the all-powerful.Review fromMatthew J

1 starI have been a loyal customer with chase bank since 2017. Made my payments on time, utilized my card regularly. Multiple times I’ve asked for credit limit increase all or most have been rejected. Never had a new card sent out to reflect my new last name. This recent time I paid off the card balance and was assessed an interest fee within the same day of paying off the card. I called the company trying to reason with the company to remove the interest fee seeing it was unfair and unethical and I had been faithfully paying on the card and paying on time. My request was met with apathy and rejected. I just believe it’s unethical business practice especially for someone who would have continued using and paying on the card. Chase showed disloyalty where I have been more than loyal in a business world of multiple companies reaching for my attention and unfortunately the account for was closed. And still with the remaining fee balance.Review fromTjax

1 starJP Morgan Chase is refusing to return my social security checks that had been diverted from my credit union direct deposit. Someone changed my direct deposit to an account at J P Morgan chase and received 4 of my deposits. JP Morgan is protecting the fraudster and refusing to even charge the person. Chase knows who has the account and won't even press charges to get my money back. Anyone can do this and get away with it!
