    I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order in October 2023 and have not received the products. I love the products and had placed orders in the past with some delay, but I always received my order. Not this time.

    I’ve purchased from this company in the past and received my product on time so I didn’t hesitate to repurchase the edge control (2) on Dec. 19, 2023. The company continues to send emails advertising the product’s along with sales on specific ones. As of today’s date I have yet to receive the product, there is no contact nor customer service support to assist you to even try to get a refund. I could have used $35. at a local store without the hassle.

    Placing an order and not receiving the order is bad. But for them not to respond or take the website down is crazy. Then they wonder why we go elsewhere or don’t shop online. This is sad bc the product is a good product. Just unfortunate I lost money but never again.

    Ordered edge control 11/10/23 have not heard anything from them no updates. They don't even answer messages beside what's your tracking and they still taking orders. Unprofessional as just refund out money it was 35.00$ for me. Hell I could have put that money to a real company.

    If I could give a zero I would. I have ordered from this company for at least over one year maybe two this last year my orders have not been delivered and I have not received a response from the company letting me know where my order is I looked around on Google and it states that they are taking peoples money but not delivering orders. .

    I wish I could leave a negative star-??!! I placed my order on Black Friday n have yet to receive ANYTHING!!! No tracking info nor products..I received a text message letting me know on Black Friday products would be 50% off so of course I placed my order bc I’m a licensed stylist n liked their products..I’ve sent a ton of messages n dms inquiring about my order n NOTHING!!!! I will NEVER spend my money with this business again or recommend them!!! Their customer service department is TRASH bc no one cares n you won’t receive any communication with anyone who is employed there!!! I’ve learned my lesson…

    This is not my first time ordering from them and I never had a problem but it seems like since April 2023 they have really bad doing a lot of bad business .. I placed an order in April and I have yet to receive my items or hear anything from them .. so because I stilll receive emails from them I decided to come here .
