      Vinebrook Homes is beyond trash!! Maintenance left my children and I with a non working toilet for 3 days!!!! The ticket was assigned however no one has still been to my house!!! I will NEVER sign another year with these people again!

      Vinebrook Homes is Terrible I did a walk through with their agent, and the place smelled good (she had gotten there early and sprayed a bunch of fragrance spray)...she claimed the carpets had just been cleaned also...I go 1 week later to sign the lease and get my keys...this time when I walked in I noticed the house smelled like a dirty animal and it smelled moldy....come to fine out there was mold under kitchen cabinets...I complained for almost 2 months before they finally half way fixed the issue they switched 3 of the cabinets out, but left one and used the same counter top:/ I've also mentioned that my kitchen heat vent fills with water every time it rains...I've put in 3 different work orders about this...one in September, one in February and another in March...still no response from Vinebrook and no date scheduled for them to come fix this issue....VINEBROOK IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED, AND THE MOST INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! THEY'RE GIVING HUBER HEIGHTS A BAD NAME

      Dear resident,

      To address the subjects within your review, let's begin with the carpet smell. We had the carpets professionally cleaned prior to the home becoming available. The cleaners and deodorizers they use are often scented. On 7/27/21, you came into the office upset stating the carpet was not cleaned. Since this was a new move-in you were offered a $200 concession on 7/28/21, so you could hire a company of your choosing to have the carpets recleaned. We have not heard anything about this matter since.

      Next, as it relates to vents and cabinets; 7/27/21 you reported a leak under kitchen sink. Our tech found the outside faucet leaking and it was repaired. At that time, he did not see any more leaks, so he completed the service request and left. On 7/30/21 you called in multiple service requests for the kitchen sink leaking again. Our tech repaired the kitchen and bathroom sink. On 8/4/21 you called in again about kitchen sink leak. Our tech repaired the sink and base. On 8/13/21 you made a service request related to concerns of mildew. Our technician replaced cabinets and drywall and reinstalled the existing counter top, as it was safe and functional and did not need replaced.

      On 9/16/21, you placed a service request about dirty floor registers and water in one of them. The technician arrived on 9/20/21 cleaned vents and stated there was no visible water. On 2/22/22 you submitted another service request about water in vents and low water pressure in kitchen sink. Our technician arrived on 3/2/22 and you had already replaced the aerator which fixed the sink. Our technician did not find any visible water in the vents. The service request has been assigned to our senior technician to go back out and inspect. If evidence of water is found, we will have a contractor come out and camera the ducts to troubleshoot where water is coming from.

      I was living out of state when my friend suggests VinebrookHomes. She has been with them since 2018. I never looked at the house but Caitlyn McCollum promised and reassured me it was a great rental for 1350 So i moved back. The house had a lot of. outlets that were not working,and the main breaker would blow when all the lights were on! The toilets gurgled when toilets were flushed. The Air conditioner never worked and when i put in work orders the Main Maintenance man was so rude and said some really mean things. Finally had the plumbing checked out and they left all the clogged overflow that came up all over the basement!! Then the flys and smell came. They refused to come check it out. Finally they sent a clean up crew. Then ants come from the outside of the side of the house!! Thousands. The Washer and Dryer that came with the Rent and rental. Never worked. Even had the moving company check it out when they moved us in. I have Never in my life been treated so poorly. I have Asthma and need AC. All that Vinebrook says is you have work orders in. And Caitlyn should have followed up with me to see how everything was. But she never did. I don't know who to turn to for help.

      I wouldn't leave no star for them if I could my ceiling fail on me stuff is still not fixed correctly and they bought my lease from my previous landlord I am so sick of vinebrook everyone watch out there buying house's in Alabama and already have city inspection on them

      Spent 2 hours working through the list of service "providers." Gas and water were the only two correctly listed and were at the bottom of the list so I had to call the other providers to figure that out. Called the customer service line and was given an email to follow up with. The person that is supposed to be helping me with the home dodges my phone calls. I asked if I could move in on 6.1.22 and was told that was out of the question, but I hadn't even been showed the home. I was also told after viewing the home that if I couldn't drive 45 minutes from my work in the middle of my work day that the home would be given to someone else. After I said I wouldn't be able to do that "the manager" was able by the grace of God himself give me a 24 hour extension. I have moved 13 times in the last 15 years for work, this has hands down been the most unpleasant experience of my life. I have never written or left a review of any business, however I could not simply allow my experience over the last two weeks to go unaddressed. The extra 10 minutes this took was a drop in the bucket compared to the amount of time and effort I put into resolving these issues myself. The lack of time and consideration for your customer's experience is staggering, and hopefully taking this time to say so will save someone else from the experience in the future. I will be moving out at the end of my lease please consider this my 12 months notice.
