      Two Stop Watts purchased on 10/9/23 for $112.86. Item was supposed to save on electricity. I tracked usage for two complete cycles and electricity cost and usage went up compared to last year at this time. There was an extended warranty included in the purchase. I emailed the [email protected] email address provided. I received no reply. I sent three subsequent emails, also with no reply. I would like to be refunded the amount I paid and also make note that their product does not work and their customer service is non-existent. No transaction number.

      Ms. ******** contacted our office regarding her concerns. We regret any confusion that may have taken place. Ms. ********** account has been refunded in full $112.86. The account has been closed and no additional activity will take place.

         Before receiving the complaint from your office, we were unaware Ms. ******** was unsatisfied with the resolution she received from customer service on 02/22/2024. At that time, customer service processed a full refund of $112.86 at Ms. ********** request. We notified Ms. ******** by email and she did not indicate any further concerns. If Ms. ******** needed further assistance, we regret that she did not feel comfortable contacting us again.

      I purchased the product about 4 months ago. I have not saved any money on my power bills I cant believe Elon would put his name on junk. Im not asking for a dime. if I had remembered I would have set it back. I feel I was mislead and that the product is a scam.

      Ms **** contacted our office by email stating she had not received the product. Our agent did not follow up correctly with Ms. **** and we did not receive another email from her.  

          We regret any confusion that may have taken place and, in the interest of 100% customer satisfaction, we have processed a full refund of $109.92. Ms. Diaz’s account has been closed, and no additional activity will take place, and Ms. **** may keep any product he has.

      In researching the account we see the customer contacted us via email. The agent did not respond properly to the customer when asking for the refund and how to return the product. We are re-training the agent as it was an honest mistake.

      We have refunded Ms. Cranson $122.94 and she may keep the product she has.

      I ordered 3 StopWatts and was also charged 23.52 for the lifetime warranty. I did not say that I wanted the warranty. When I mentioned this to my friend, she asked if I had researched this company through BBB. Upon doing that I found out that this is a scam and I immediately sent an email to the company asking them to cancel my order. I did this within 24 hours. I’m afraid I will get trapped like these other people. I’m asking you to contact them and let them know to please not ship these items to me and to refund my bank account.

      I ordered 4 units on November 17th, 2023 totaling $129.91 under Order Number: **********. I tried to email them, with no response. The company claims it “stabilizes electrical current” and corrects energy waste, slashing utility bills by 40% or more. But don’t let the glossy ads and dramatic testimonials fool you – Stop Watt is a complete scam. This electricity savings sham uses deceptive marketing strategies to trick consumers, including the Slick website loaded with fake reviews Social media ads promoting unbelievable claims TikTok and YouTube videos of “satisfied” customers Fake endorsements by celebrities like **** **** News reports on scam websites that look like ABC, CNN, Fox News The Stop Watt scammers combine these persuasive tactics to give the impression their product is a cutting-edge, proven technology for reducing electric bills. But under even minimal scrutiny, the entire scheme quickly falls apart. Stop Watt contains cheap, generic electrical parts with no special energy-saving capabilities. The few positive reviews are fabricated, the celebrity backers are non-existent, and the news sites are spoofed. It’s all an elaborate ruse to get consumers to spend OUR MONEY FALSELY.

      Order Number#********** and Order # **********. 10/28/2023. Order #:********** Date: 09/09/2023. I purchased 3 Stopwatts for $109.92. I paid a total of $151.08 for all 3 Stopwatts. One month later, I made the same purchase for an additional $151.08. I plugged them in, as directed, and our breakers kept tripping off. We put up with this for 3 days and I called an Electrician. He told me to unplug the Stopwatts because they are just expensive looking capacitors. I hate being scammed. They falsely claimed to me that **** **** endorsed the product. After several unanswered phone calls and emails I am finally filing a complaint. This company is flat out lying and making claims that are false. I want all of my purchases refunded. I contacted customer support, and got some orders refunded, but now I cannot get a response from the company. Don't fall for this horrible scam. I insist that any outstanding purchases be refunded for deceptive business practices. I have spent at least $302.16, if not more on warranties. Find any other purchases on file under my name and refund all of them immediately, or I will take more extensive action.
