This was the worst moving experience of my life. I scheduled a pack and a move, pack on the 29th, move on the 30th. They called to tell me on the 29th that they were going to do my move at the same time as my pack. I voiced that this would not be possible and they pushed me to do it anyways. The "packers" were shotgunning beers in my kitchen (which they left their trash on my table while doing). They proceeded to tell me they brought no tools to take items off the wall, they also brought 20 boxes to a pack that they quoted me 40 boxes to do, and they left behind every TV and monitor in my house, along with about 8 totes, and at least 5 boxes of things unpacked. Seth was so rude and Tony was incredibly pushy. I don't know the name of the second packer on my job, but he was at least very polite and productive. They also broke 2 pieces of furniture during this process. I'm extremely underwhelmed by their service. Don't let the advertising fool you. They don't even tape your boxes shut, let alone wrap all your furniture. They didn't have anything they said they would have. I tried to call Tony today to discuss this issue with him, and he has yet to return my call.

The date of my move with Ohio Packers and Movers was December 8, 2023. I received a text on Dec. 7 confirming the date of the move and the time which was 10:00 am. December 8, 10:00 am no movers! I called the company and **** answered saying that he meant to call me their first move of the day was running late. He gave the reason as they booked online and got the cheapest move and had much more to move than the cheapest move would give them. I said well I booked with you by phone at the end of October 2023 and I received a text you would be at my address at 10 am and you are not here. He promised that the movers would be at my address by 12 pm and I would get an extra mover to speed up the process. Both did not happen. The movers arrived at 12:50 pm and the loading went ok but some of my items were spilled off a dolly. The unloading at my new apartment was where the unacceptable treatment of my items happened. My mattress' were dragged along the ground not put on the dolly like the loading. This dragging ripped my mattress protectors for both the box spring and mattress.A cart I had was demolished where I could not use it any longer. The boxes that were labeled with the correct rooms were not put in the correct rooms and the boxes were stacked so tall that it was very difficult to unload them. During the unloading I let the main mover know where I wanted items and this was disregarded and I was told by the other mover that they needed to unload all boxes before they would listen to where I wanted my furniture. I tried to reach out to "****" the next day to let him know my grievances as the website indicated they were open. I had to leave a voicemail. On Monday after the move did **** call me and ask what happened. I tried to let him know that I didn't notice the problems until after the movers left and **** ended up shouting at me and refused to listen to my concerns.I asked if Mastercard was accepted **** said yes but neglected to let me know it would be a $26 fee.
