Going on year this place I have told them this is the worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance request goes undone it’s been 4 months and nothing has been done I have requested to be done. Water bill extremely high because the pipes are so old they are chipping away so they have not fixed the piping underground there have has been standing water outside the apartment since after winter. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The Courts are no help in my opinion they side with these landlords and companies forget about the tenants. But if you don’t pay rent they are quick to file a eviction.

Very disappointed in this apartment complex. I applied on Dec 10th because they had promotional offerings for No deposit & First month FREE rent. Which was a great deal. After applying I was contacted Via text message saying I was approved with a 750.00 deposit( which was fine) BUT they did not offer the NO DESPOSIT OR 1st month free in the Specials.... I literally texted back in forth with a lady named ******** who was absolutely no help what so ever. Texted back days later was unreachable! I spoke with Shensya & she informed me that INDEED THERE IS A SPECIAL FOR NO DEPOSIT/ FIRST MONTH FREE. If I moved in by Feb 1st. They wanted me to pay a total of 1685 to move in..... This was a complete waste of time & money and the apartment complex does not give you the specials nor a phone call! THEY DONT ANSWER ANY OF THE NUMBERS LISTED! She gave me 3 different move in totals before coming up with the 1685 to move in. They provided me 2 move in dates which none were met ( because the holidays which idk why they would try to even set it up like that). I have attached pictures below of the specials they are so called running on every website they list there apartments on. My friend also was told the same thing that it was NO DEPOSIT FIRST MONTH FREE. ******** is supposedly the property manager but never answers the phone & texts back days later or LATE NIGHT! I would save your money time and energy this apartment complex is a complete unorganized, lack of communication, doesnt follow specials. I WANT MY 50.00 APPLICATION BACK! IVE ATTACHED THE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS BELOW (That they claim they offer)

Bathroom sink can’t be used without flooding the bathroom. Floor heaters don’t work properly and apartment isn’t warm. Maintenance issues have gone unresolved since moving in. Don’t bother to talk to the new office manager, she’s rude and doesn’t care what problems are being experienced. She’s only there for a paycheck and nothing else. With comments like “Shoo Fly Shoo” when talking to current residents, it makes one wonder how the place is still in business. I suggest that you find some where else to rent from!!

Maintenance will not take care of you here. Save yourself the stress and heartache of living here. Was great for several years and then the last 2 years have been downhill with new management. If you expect to be treated fairly and have maintenance help you I would NOT suggest moving here.
