The sales representative was knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly. The installation process was done in one day and the installer was great! He worked from 8:30 am until 4:30 p.m. and I never saw him take a break. He was very thorough and I had the gutters in the back replaced by a 60 ft. gutter. He was extremely careful in removal and installation. I would recommend highly for those who do not want to get up on a ladder and clean out gutters.Review from Jeff M

Sales Contact person was very informative and left a lasting impression. Not impressed with the appointment booking individual. Just wanted to let you know that the guys were very good and the gutters looked almost original. The paint matched up perfectly with the rest of the house. They cleaned up after themselves.Review from Tina H

LeafFilter has been an absolute nightmare to do business with. We were told nothing but lies from our estimator, customer service agent, and installers. The entire project was done so poorly that they are out redoing it right now. We paid much more than their competitors because we liked their reputation and the product that was initially presented to us. Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied customers and do not recommend doing business with them at all! BBB shouldn't give them an A+ as they are anything but.Review from J. Rick L

Sales and Service were excellent and very fast. Since the installation is so recent I can't respond on the drainage and effectiveness of the filters or how leaf debris never is an issue; however, a recent rain indicated from the sound of water, that gutters are clean and storm water runoff is moving correctly. We have warranty information and contact numbers in hand if there are any problems. We appreciate the work and there was no residual installation debris. Everything so far seems fine.Review from David L

I was impressed with the product quality and workmanship of the installers. The lifetime warranty that can be transferred to another owner is also a great selling feature. I also appreciated receiving the senior discounts, etc.Review from Sarah G

We were given incorrect information at the time of contract. Was told your installers were company employees. When 2 non English speaking guys showed up at 10:30 am we could see we were getting the * Team. When calling the sales *** he refused to let me speak to his manager. For insurance reasons it is important to see the insurance the subs you used have as yours would not cover them. They left several screws on the ground. Would not recommend Leaffilter to anyone.
