Door-to-door team of three individuals completely ignored the 4 Private Drive and No Trespassing signs on the (1/2 mile long) toad that serves 5 homes. Pointed this out to them, and clearly told them to leave immediately. They then proceeded to stop next door, at which point I confronted them again. They again blew me off, and stopped at another home on their way out. I could easily have [legally] detained them until Sheriff’s Office arrived, and had all three cited for criminal trespass (3 counts for each individual, as we own three of the properties. Total disregard and disrespect for property owners.

The Leaf Filter company sells a product that works for some situations but not for others. Although the sales techniques they use may be legal, they are highly unethical. They will quote an outrageously inflated cost for installing the filters, then come up with discounts that lower the price to just incredibly expensive. They will talk about quality and lifetime guarantee, but if you read the contract carefully, the guarantee covers very little. Also, they say they just happen to have an installer available the next day, so coming to your senses two days after signing the contract is too late!Please don't be taken in like I was. Hire a local contractor and skip these rip off artists!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I was disappointed that the repairs to the gutters were not done by the installer since the salesman told me they would do any repairs that were needed. When I asked the installer if they were done, he said they do not do repairs and that the salesmen always say they will be done knowing that it is a lie. Also I did not like the way the salesman applied pressure to me by saying I had to decide and sign the contract right away to get the two discounts. And the cost of $46/foot for 200 feet made for a very expensive reno that took only around six hours to install.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The original price was about three times what was finally agreed. Both the Salesman and the installer (who was subcontracted by Leaf-filter who apparently dont actually have crews, said we probably needed three downspouts but only two were installed. As we changed the color if the house by painting it we changed the gutter color. The salesman missed a different level of gutter, which I identified and notified them. When the crew got here they brought the original color gutters and did not know about the additional second gutter. They did send someone with the correct color material out. Even after discussion the installer would not terminate the downspouts with ***** but insisted on a flexible plastic. I regret not going to a local gutter company, both as it would be less expensive and they are the ones doing the actual work anyway. So I will recommend Not using ************ fir gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Very dis-satisfied and very unprofessional During estimate interview he always said even though you already know that but its mandatory for us to say by my boss he said 3 or 4 times then during install they hardly pulled on the gutters and said they were loose. We lost over $2K very unprofessional!!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection
