1 starSeemed to be a reputable company, lots of advertising, even saw them at my neighbors home. Everyone at LF seemed nice, up to cashing my check. Then cant get anyone out to do a simple repair to get the water to exit the downspout to where it was intended. Looking back, & comparing my neighbors job, he hard negotiated with them, got his whole home done for less than a third of what my estimate was. I had the coupons and **** supposed discounts too. Not knowing at that time about the price difference I went ahead. The installer came out, supposedly their best installer gone contractor. He claimed they couldnt install on my home due to the way it was built, styrofoam and chicken wire. But a lot of my neighbors, 1 specifically, had theirs done and they were happy. So we agreed only to do one area of the home that has exposed wood. They wanted a third of the price of the entire home estimate!! I declined, but they came back with another price, about 10% of the house estimate if I paid cash. So we proceeded. There was a brief rain a day later, and I wished theyd done the entire home, UNTIL I saw the water wasnt being diverted to where we requested. After a call to the administrator, the district coordinator, and the customer service I finally got a person and they scheduled a service call. The time of the service came and went before a call came that day to reschedule. Now its after the time for the second service appointment, and no show, no call. MORAL OF THE ****** EVEN THE BEST ADVERTISING CAN ONLY SELL THE WORSE PRODUCT(COMPANY) ONCE!! So save your money, find someone else for gutters who cares and stands behind their product. One that is better represented on BBB too!!

1 starWorst company ever. I was lied to and deceived. I was told that my gutters would be professionally cleaned. They advertise it on TV, plus the salesman, and the installer said the same thing. I had debit coming out of my gutters for several down-pours. I called them and they sent a service tech out the check the gutters. He found little debit left, but also found that the gutters were not properly sealed by the installer. Considering the amount that I paid for these gutter guards, I expected to get a professional installation. Needless to say that I got less an a subpar installation. My gutters are 30 feet high, so how am I to see what was done. I was told by the installer and the service *** that they would send me pictures. When I asked for the pictures I received 6. 2 of the pictures showed what a professional job the installer did sealing the gutters. Yes I agree, accept for the fact that they were not my gutters. This is just part of what I have been dealing with. I demanded a refund on the installation and since then they have all but stopped communicating. I would receive emails saying that they would be to getting back to me shortly. After a month I sent back a response asking what is going on. Their response was that I would hear back from them by the end of the next business day. That was on 7/30. I've email their website and still no response. Added note: Since my complaint about them professionally cleaning the gutters, I have not seem that commercial on TV. If you get a quote, make sure that you get a cost for the materials and a cost for the installation.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsLeafFilter is way overpriced. The salesman stated that we would receive a free security system. When it never came in mail, I called the salesman twice. He lied because it never came! However, the employee who installed the LeafFilter did a great job!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star*********** is a company that is way overpriced! Had gutter caps installed with a private company for nearly half the price with skilled workmanship. LF cashed our deposit right away so don't expect your $500 returned even if there was no service was rendered.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsLeafFilter North of ************** installed LeafFilter Gutter on my home on 4/8/25. Installation went well and was installed quickly after our initial visit with the sales ***.On 7/10/25 around 5:20PM, had a heavy rainstorm and we had water overflowing one of the gutters. I took pictures of the problem area and made a video showing the overflowing water. I emailed my sales *** notifying him regarding this and requested to have someone come out to make sure the gutters are properly aligned. I received no response from the sales ***resentative. On 7/17/25 - Called Leaf Filter customer service. Spoke with customer *** who scheduled a person to come out on 7/8/25 between 12PM-4PM. ***air worker did NOT come nor did I receive a phone call notifying me. Called Leaf Filter customer service at 4PM letting them know that no one came for the appointment. ***resentative I spoke with said he was expediting the matter and I would receive a call back with a new appointment date. No call back received from Leaf Filter.On 7/28/25 *********************************** to inquire about new date for someone to check out the gutter. ***resentative told me that he was expediting the matter and I would receive a call back with a new appointment date. No call back received form Leaf Filter.On 7/29/25 *********************************** Again told that ***resentative will expedite the matter. No further contact from Leaf Filter On 8/1/25 *********************************** at *********** Again told that matter to be expedited and I should receive a call back. No call back received.On 8/4/25 *********************************** - *** reviewed my file indicating the # of times I have called. The sales *** told me that he is sending this up the chain and expediting the matter. As of 8/6, still have not received a call back from Leaf Filter.This is very poor customer service for an expensive product that has a lifetime warranty. 5 starsClearly the best and the most expensive product on the market for gutter protection from falling debris. If you have pine needles this is the only one to get. They use subcontractors to install, and the one I got was ****** who owns a gutter company and did a fantastic job. This included removing old gutter guard, cleaning out gutters, rehanging for proper drainage, sealing and caulking, and installing new guards. Took him 9 hours of non-stop work for my 220 feet of gutters including dormer and second story. Fine job, $7500 including Leaffilters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI live in *******. I decided to call Leaf Filter to come out to my home to give me an estimateon installing Leaf Filter protection to my gutters. I explained to the salesman that I had another company install brand new gutters on my home just a few short months ago. The salesman told me that it will cost me $9,453 to have Leaf Filter protection installed to my modest 1500 square foot home. I almost fell out in the floor. I told him NO THANKS! Then he suddenly reduced the cost to $8,035. Again, I said NO THANKS! He continued to try pressuring me into buying the Leaf Filter protection. I continually refused. Then he stated that he can give me the Leaf Filter protection for $4,200. I said NO THANKS! He continued to try pressuring me into buying the Leaf Filter protection for my gutters. He made a phone call to somebody and then he stated that he can give me the Leaf Filter protection for $2,150 today, as long as I would sign the contract today. I said NO THANKS!!! The *********** company is a total scam. They are ripping people off left and right every day. Do not waste your time with the *********** company. They will try their best to rip you off! 1 starIf I could leave zero stars I definitely would. Installation was horrible, bent damaged drip edge. Price was around 5k for ranch home , currently in the process of replacing roof and correcting the damage from installation. I also had them come out and they told me it was a new group of contractors but they didnt correct it .LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsWhat a scam. At the initial meeting, I was given three quotes for doing the installation on our gutters. One was for the main house, the second was for the main house plus one out building, and the third was for the main house plus two out buildings. Because our main house had so many gutters/length to protect, we made the decision to have LeafFilter installed on the most troublesome areas. That made up 67% of the main house gutters. We were told by the sales person that it was no problem to do the gutter guards in sections because of the high cost of their product and we could break it up into smaller jobs to help spread out the cost. So, based on that, we had the most problematic areas of the main house done. Fast forward less than 2 months from that meeting and we contacted the LeafFilter **** **** ******, about completing the remaining 1/3 of our home. Based on the original quote provided, that came to slightly less than $3,200. When I contacted the **** we were told that the remaining 1/3 was now going to cost 22% more - slightly less than $3.900. Had we been told this very important detail at the beginning, we would have had the entire main house completed from the start. It was the LeafFilter *** who stated that many clients decide to do their home in sections. There was no mention that doing so would result in a 22% upcharge to the remaining quoted balance. We are extremely disappointed in this and, as a result, would never recommend this company to anyone due to these deceptive practices.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
