4 starsThe installers were friendly ad informative. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took time to explain what they would be doing which assured me the contract was being fulfilled. Kudos to them for finding a way to work around a difficult parking situation. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. After last night's rain, I could see how well they work. I no longer had a waterfall around the front porch.The only criticism is that there should be more than one option for a financing provider.Review fromBeverly D

2 starsPolite sales people and installers, however, the company is dishonest. ******************* do not work on all roof structures. Moderate to heavy rains on steeply pitched roofs with valleys run right over the top of the leaf filter system and trickle water back to your facia boards and soffits. Even when they install their splash guards, the problem continues and is multiplied by the fact that shingle grit collects on and clogs the screens. I asked that they come un-install them. I want them taken off and asked for larger gutters to be installed instead. They won't do it. They will sell me larger gutters, but they will not reimburse me for wasting my money on their leaf filters. They are tired of coming out to my house. They say they will show up then don't. When I call customer service they say someone will call me back by the end of the day or next day and they don't. I have lost $10,600. For that price I got seven new downspouts and the leaf filters. What a rip-off! I will have to hire another company to come out to install larger gutters with NO leaf filter system. I'll be better off cleaning gutters twice a year. Plus, I've read that larger gutters typically can handle leaves and won't clog. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I'm a recent widow of a Navy Vet, and my husband wanted to address this issue before he died. He didn't get to so I tried on my own. I feel I've let him down by choosing the wrong company and wasting our money.Review fromEd B

5 starsThey were on time,, worked till it got dark trying to finish. Took longer because they ran in to extra work,, came back the next day just to finalize the project. Mr. ***** and colleague **** (I think, sorry) were polite and informative, professional. I told them not to worry about cleaning up the patio, but they did it any way.Review fromKaren M

2 starsWe have had leaf filter for several years. The installers were fine but the product is so not worth it. We still have to go up and clean the leaves from the top of the leaf filter. The leaves clog the top of the leaf filter and the water has to go somewhere so it leaks through wherever it can.Review fromPam M

2 starsMy parents got the leaf filter gutter protection but my dad, husband or my brother has to go up there every few weeks on a tall ladder, to collect the leaves that are thrown from trees and landing up on the roof or the gutter tops of those gutters because they get stuck in the holes and on top. Being an older man we do not like our dad to go up the ladder and coming down, which he had fallen on one of the bottom steps already and broke his finger.

1 starI rarely write reviews but I had no other options after dealing with an unresponsive outfit with questionable marketing tactics and including deceptive claims. I was lulled into complacency believing in Leaf Filter only to discover that I had major overflow issues as well as clogging that resulted in continuous drip, drip, drip which was disintegrating the mortar and brick on my house. Warranty is worthless as it doesnt cover repairs due to failure of their system and they dont disclose that there is a service fee for having them come out to correct problems. My particular service manager was quite **** when I disputed fee and hung up with have a good day.I regret spending thousands on a worthless system that will end up costing me thousands more when I was doing fine with twice a year gutters cleaning.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starTo be clear, all I did was respond to a Leaf Filter ad asking for a quote. That was about six weeks ago. I then read some reviews about overly aggressive sales tactics and over priced work. I have since received about 100 voicemails and messages. They are clearly from some kind of overseas telemarketing company. Its too much. No way to win a customer. I think Ill just have my *********************** cleaned once a year. Steer clear of this company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
