    LEAF FILTER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY COMMENTS: EVERYTHING WENT WELL AS FAR AS I COULD SEE! THEN YESTERDAY WE HAD A STRONG RAIN FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. I NOTICED THAT WATER WAS COMING DOWN IN ONE AREA THAT WAS REPLACED. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE LEFT SIDE CONJUNCTION AND IT WAS LEAKING WATER FROM THE BACK OF THE GUTTER. THIS IS THE REASON WE HIRED YOUR COMPANY AND IN THE FIRST RAIN, IT LEAKED. I HAVE A HUNCH THAT THE WORKERS DID NOT CAULK THE BACKSIDE OF THE GUTTER WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE BOARD. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME AND LOOK AT THIS ISSUE. WITHIN NO TIME, A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME AND ASKED IF HE COULD COME RIGHT OUT. OF COURSE, I SAID AND HE WAS HERE IN A FLASH. THIS IS GREAT SERVICE AFTER PAYING THE BILL FOR THE WORK. THERE WAS JUST A LITTLE AREA THAT NEEDED SOME EXTRA CAULK AND THE RESULTS ARE WONDERFUL. I AM SO SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY THAT I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM INSTALL ANOTHER DOWN SPOUT IN THE SPRING. OH, THE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOOD AT HIS BUSINESS! HAVE HIM CALL ME IN THE SPRING AND WE WILL SET SOMETHING UP FOR THE DOWN SPOUT! RESPECTFULLY, ****

    I was told by the sales person I would be sent a home security system I have not received it yet .I have not been able to inspect the job or determine if all the items mentioned by the salesmen were done such as the correct drop per foot of gutter or adding supports inside the gutters and sealing. I opted to finance the job with no interest for 1 year but I don't know why a monthly payment is being charged for the entire year? I had work done by ******** windows and doors with no payment required for the entire year. All they required was to pay the total bill before the year was up.

    Amateurish and inconveniencing communication from Leaf Filter. The day of my appointment, 1 guy showed up and said he was not experienced enough to do my roof and also didn't have the right equipment. I called his manager and asked for a more experienced installer and was given a second installment date. On the morning of the second installment date no one showed up, so I called the manager and was told that the person he had scheduled to do my roof injured himself, so the manager cancelled the appointment. I was given NO notice of this cancellation, so I had now taken two separate days off from work, only to still not have an installation. Several weeks later a two-person crew showed up and finally did the install.

    The salesman arrived on time, brought examples of the product, explained how the process works and did a comprehensive look at our existing gutters etc. The installers were very knowledgeable about installing the leaf filters, repairing gutters where needed and cleaning up all of debris before leaving. Received warrently the very next day via email. We give the company an A Plus on satisfaction. ***** *** *****

    Only 1 of the installers spoke any English and that was minimal. The financing offered did not cover the whole amount and that was not disclosed up front and I have a great credit rating and have no other debt. The installation manager was always in a hurry to leave. I havent received my warranty paperwork yet. If I wasnt home for the whole installation, I feel that the installers would have cut some corners. The product might be good but not impressed with the installation and financing processes for the very high price.

    I learned after the fact that the sales rep charged me several times the typical price for the product and service I purchased. I acknowledge that it would have behooved me to research in advance, but this does not excuse the naked greed of this man and the company he represents. Needless to say, I will never again do business with LeafFilter, nor would I recommend them.
