We bought a new Honda Civic and they were informative and helpful and wanted to make the sale. After getting the car home, we noticed a small area on the hood that had no paint on it. We called Honda Marysville to explain and ask if they could fix it. They agreed but we are almost a month into this and communications from them has been terrible. If you can get ahold of someone, you might get a return call after a few days. The confusion and bad information has been consistent I will say. They have changed dates, the process, and if we need a loaner car or not multiple times. We live about an hour and a half away so it's not like we can drive up there multiple times to get this small little area fixed. They sure were willing to make the sale but once they had us sold, their support is very lackluster at best. We heard how their owner wants to make everything right with the customer but we're just not seeing it.

Do not buy an extended warranty from them. If I would have known about an exclusion for corrosion on a rear axle seal on my vehicle, I never would’ve bought the warranty and probably not the vehicle either. Over $2400.00 out of pocket on a so called bumper to bumper warranty when all I should be paying is a $100.00 deductible

I had my Honda Odyssey in for a complete service on 6/27/23. I paid almost 300 for this service. They stated everything was fine including my rotors. I have video and paper documentation of this. Three weeks later while on vacation my brakes did not work while trying to stop on a highway. My brakes shook so badly that I could not keep my car in my lane. Thankfully nothing happened and we arrived to a National tire and battery store safely. My rotors were not safe and they replaced them while I waited all day instead of being with my family on vacation. When I contacted Honda Marysville about the problem they said that I should have told them that I was driving in the mountains and that the terrain likely caused my rotors to go bad IN THREE WEEKS. This was from Ohio to Washington DC, all highway, nothing crazy. They also said that the NTB store should not have performed any maintenance and that we were ripped off. Instead of owning up to a mistake they blamed me ( a very loyal customer for over 10 years).

I bought my car in October 2022. I was given a punch card as well as a brochure talking about the first oil change is free. So We took my Chevy Malibu in for work because the check engine light was one and there is a knocking nose coming from the rear tires as you drive. They charge 90 dollars to check each individual problem out and told us that 90 dollars goes towards the cost to fix it. Matthew said the cost was between $600-700 to fix the nose from the back but to fix the check engine light it was a sensor and that alone was 700 to fix. So we opted to fix the knocking noise only. When we go to pick the car up the cost is now 900 and they said they do NOT apply the 90$ charge towards the cost and there was a misc charge for 40 bucks? They also said they never do free oil changes. Our invoice said they checked the air filter and changed the oil and rotated the tires. Well they didn’t rotate my tires and they didn’t check my air filter. My husband checked it and it was caked in crap. We had to go replace that ourselves on top of the money we spent to have it “checked”. The knocking noise was not fixed and we found out the part they replaced was not the problem and it’s something else. The 700 sensor replacement is 95$ at the store. So why are they charging 700 for it? We paid 900 for an oil change. We have tried to contact them and nobody gets back to us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put a deposit on a vehicle and over 4 months later no vehicle. The salesman and sales manager never call or return emails. When I went in to the dealership to find out where my vehicle was I found out it was in “transit” for weeks and they ordered the wrong color. Then they told me they were getting a replacement vehicle from there sister store and it would be in the following week 2 weeks later still no vehicle and was told it is in “transit” don’t recommend this dealership.
