Wildfires across the Los Angeles area are expected to become the costliest such disaster in U.S. history. As victims cope with the aftermath, it is crucial to stay vigilant against opportunistic scammers. In addition, those wishing to help by donating money or supplies should carefully research organizations before contributing. BBB offers guidance to protect both victims and donors. I am a 41 year old man who has developed Hypertension. I'm not afraid of that, but my family's health history is very disconcerting for me, and I'd like a little piece of mind and advice to let me know if I'm doing things right, wrong, etc. I have had a 3 month follow up appointment with Dr. Mohammad F***** who is with the Bethesda Group practice in Milford, Oh. since the end of May and it has been canceled and rescheduled about 5 times for various reasons. I am currently waiting over an hour now for this alleged 3 month follow up (nearly 6 months at this point), on a video conference that I'm not sure I'm going to get to today. Very friendly doctor when you can get him face to face, but he doesn't seem to listen to my concerns or to care about his patient's time.

When calling the customer service lines and trying to get to a live person the phone hangs up. Several Customers service number have been attempted. They won’t let me post these numbers in this review. I was charged for a $35 phone call telling me to come in for a $150 visit that could of been handled by the front desk. It’s not about patient care , it’s about the money. I understand they have to make money but don’t disrupt everyones day by making them take off work and come in just to charge, charge, charge. Pathetic!

I'm so livid right now. Absolutely do NOT go to TriHealth for treatment I swear. I just wanted to see my history throughout the pregnacy and found out that the Chart they have for my history...EVERYTHING was absolutely riddled with lies, incorrect information, and things I asked specifically multiple times to be labeled in that chart wasn't of course labeled at all. It seems no matter how much I have communicated and clarified things these doctors just put in whatever the hell they wanted to. As far from saying I "overdosed on ********** (like ***??? I can't even take that!!!) To incorrect mental diagnosis saying I have Bipolar disorder along with BPD even though it's tendencies as in mood swings, they labeled incorrect information in family history, to now last doctor labeled I've been having NO complications what so ever with this pregnacy, even though I have been having extreme problems more than my first! They didn't even put in the notes that I had a severe complication with dilation with my first. I'm so done with these people I swear to God. I'm filing a complaint and will be leaving reviews. Absolutely ridiculous!!

My wife went to establish contact with OBGYN since we are new to the area. After attending the office visit, they established that since she had just performed all the testing, that nothing needed to be done and the doctor met introducer herself before telling her no testing needed to be done. The total time at the visit was less than 2 minutes. We received a bill from TriHealth for $361 stating that "new patient" cost, that was originally not covered by the insurance. After 6 calls back and forth between insurance and Trihealth, it was determine that insurance was not paying because it was coded as "Infertility". After I approached TriHealth about this, they re-affirmed that there was not code for infertility used, that is should have been for "new patient", however, they were unable to resubmit the new claim. All of this back and forth took 5 months before we were at risk to being sent to collections from TriHealth because of an error in their coding they were unwilling to change, even after they acknowledged it was incorrect. We ended up paying the $361 dollars to avoid damaging our credit, but want to warn customers that TriHealth billing is unwilling to help you resolve issues and only cares about getting paid. No effort was made to correct their mistake.

Good morning! The claim has been reviewed. The new patient information is reflected in the charge description of $361.00, for date of care 10/1/2021. However, the insurance carrier also requires medical codes (ICD-10) for the medical needs and patient concerns covered during the course of the visit. The term new patient would not qualify as am ICD-10 medical description, regretfully. The insurance carrier denied this service: not a covered benefit of the policy. The employer benefit office may be of assistance in appealing with the insurance carrier, or for review of policy benefits and explanation. A copy of the claim for patient review is being mailed to the patient for review. We hope this has met the need, we thank you for the inquiry, and for choosing TriHealth!
