June 8, 2024 Saturday brought in my Rav4 for brake going down close to the floor and explained that I already bleed the brakes but didn't have a scan tool to bleed the air out of the abs system. I have extended warranty for 7 years or 120,000 miles that I bought from this dealer when I bought the SUV. I've always had issues with the brakes but it start to get worse. I live in southern Ohio now and retired and was going up to visit our Boys on a Saturday so I thought I better make a appointment. I had 106,788 miles on it at the time. While we were there we were looking at used Tacoma's and we found one that interested us., drove it and tried to make a deal but the price was too high. When we were told that our Rav4 was ready they said it was better and to take it, charged us $80.98 for bleeding the brakes. They said we could bring it back if it wasn't better. I think that there in the repair business that what they work on and they should know if it was fixed. Needless to say I had to take it to another Toyota dealer in Southern Ohio and there were able to fix in a matter of a couple of hours. I did offer to buy the used Tacoma through a texted message but the salesman texted me that he was feeling under the weather and he wouldn't be in Monday or Tuesday but that that was good because I seen all the problems they were having with there pickup trucks and decided against buying it.

I have bought and serviced three Toyota's with Classic Toyota in Mentor. They have always done right by me. The whole team there is committed to customer satisfaction and I would never buy a Toyota from anyone else.
