They advertised a price, but then wait to tell you that oh that's the cash price, if you finance it will be more. Needless to say False Advertisement and lost my interest to do business with them at all!

This is a Terrible business to work with. They are not honest, they tell you there vehicles are in Mint condition and most are listed with low mileage but are not as nice as the website shows them, photo's are photoshopped and if they know you are traveling to get the vehicle or seem really interested they will tell you they need $350 to hold the vehicle for three days or they will sell it to another party. Deposit is non refundable so no matter what they get you for 350$. When we drove from MN to Ohio for the purchase of the held vehicle it was not as the pictures showed, the panels on the vehicle were two different colors of white paint with another different color for little touch up spots that looked like white out was put on there. They put black under coating that was still wet. it had scratches and cracked bumper that was not disclosed, we walked around their lot with a lot of vehicles with the same things wrong with them but we had driven for 12 hours and the trip cost us $1000 so over all they took $1350 from a family of 7. Very shady business.

I signed all the paperwork to purchase a vehicle and then went to pick up the money and another driver for the new car. They texted me and told me not to bother coming back they sold it to someone else. So i asked if i could get a better deal on something else and was told i will sell you another one but no deal. Not sure if that's legal or not but it's definitely unethical and unprofessional.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They do not stand by their vehicles. Purchased a car on 1/2/23, engine light came on a month later. Took it to my mechanic and he told us to get rid of the car that it was junk. Called the dealership to see if we could work something out and were told there was nothing they could do.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I should have known that this company would sell a **** vehicle by the long one-sided agreement I had to sign. Bought a truck on-line which is a total piece of junk. ****** looked fine but every body panel has been re-painted, theres a huge dent on drivers door which is going to cost $1000 to fix, the alloy wheels are all stripped of Clearcoat, the interior has a terrible smell, theres water leaking out of exhaust underneath and tons of rust. Vehicle should have been accurately advertised with its shortcomings rather than clean ******. I am stuck with a vehicle worth thousands less than I paid. Dont make the same mistake I did!!!

I would stay away from this place if you care about you or in my case my teenager's life. As part of the negotiation process, PAG agreed to fix the front brakes on a ***** (Civic) this past Saturday. Without consulting with, me the "mechanic" they use broke off the front locking wheel lugnuts to get front tires off because the key was not available. They proceeded to not put in the proper size lugnuts they were too big. How do I know this? Because when I drove the car home and got it on the highway, the car started making a horrible vibrating noise. When I pulled over, PAG said the tires were probably not balance properly. I took it first to the mechanic who did my inspection the day before. He showed me how all 4 lugnuts were so loose the tire was ready to completely come off the driver side. The passenger lugnuts were loose as well. He also showed me and I have pictures/video that the drives side wheel needs replaced because the lugnut holes are no longer round they are elongated which means the wheel needs replaced.This can only be caused by not using the correct sized lugnuts and or not torquing the lugnuts properly. I could have been killed if that tire had come off or killed an innocent person as I was going 65 mile an hour on the highway. They took my check back and cancelled the sale with little concern with the gravity of this situation. I have yet to hear an apology from the salesman ****. I told the "Manager" (****) that she had no morals or regard for human life if she put that car back for sale on Monday morning without getting the rim fixed as me mechanic said the lugnuts are going to keep coming loose due to this situation. Of course the car is for sale again so they could not have fixed anything. I will be looking to file a formal complaint to investiage the mechanic they used which is somhow connected to PAG but they refuse to give me the place or phone number, name of mechanic.

Shady! We bought a car from them and asked what the warranty was. Our Sales guy told us that if anything goes wrong within 48 hours they will fix it. In less than 24 hours the cutch went out. We had to pay to have it towed back to the dealership and we were told that it would cost $700.00 as that wasn't covered. They had our car for 2 weeks and when we finally got it back, they said they would mail us the paperwork of everything thing they did as they didn't have it at the time! What a joke!
