    Guitar Parts Factory is genuinely a nightmare to deal with and I advise everyone to steer clear of buying anything through their website. I purchased over $100 worth of parts in July 2024 but wanted to make a partial return because some of them didn't fit the aesthetic I was building for my bass. I followed all of the instructions that their return policy indicates on their website and then I called to alert them about my desire to return. I shipped the parts out the very next day, **** tracking showed that it arrived to them less than 4 days later, and then I waited to hear back. Crickets.They ignored me for about 3 weeks until I went through ****** to file a claim (which ultimately ended up being denied because I assume they did something on their end to convince ****** they weren't at fault). Once I emailed them after contacting ******, they suddenly decided to respond to me quickly. I was initially pleased because it finally seemed like I was getting somewhere, but then they proceeded to ignore me again for another month. It's been nearly 4 months since I returned my parts and they STILL have not refunded me.Honestly, I think these people are unbelievably dishonest and will steal your money if you ever decide to change your mind about an online purchase. This is the most awful customer service I've ever had in my life. And admitting this makes me sad because I've never been so upset by a business that I went out of my way to inconvenience myself and warn potential buyers via ****, ******, and now BBB. This may appear excessive, but that's literally how displeasing and unacceptable I find this company's behavior to be.They've downright stolen my hard-earned money and I wish they'd face consequences for it. I do not understand why it's so difficult for them to simply give me my money back.

    Buyer has a credit in our portal. Buyer asked for this when she sent the exchange in. Exchange sent after the allotted time for a return. She said she was happy to exchange initially. We did send her an email about that as well.

    Not keeping her money. Credit still lives on her account. Willing to refund instead of credit at this point even though we are not at fault if this erroneous complaint is removed. We have heard nothing about this for a long time. Thought the credit would just be used through the site. Ordered April. Sent back in July past the return policy.

    Will refund instead and remove the credit today if we can agree on this as a positive resolution.
