On a Machine that we bought used in 2012 in full, they are trying to say we now have a lease with them in 2024 for an old machine in 2012. We paid 3,473.33 for the machine in 2012. Comdoc wants us to pay 1309.00 a Quarter for a lease contract that we never signed, they can never show proof or tell anyone who signed it when it was signed. They can send bills from their head branch. When you call, you get someone in India. You get redirected many times. Sometimes they will not let you talk to another person, they send you to email. They try to scam companies out of money.

I am sorry to hear this. We are showing that ******** Management has an owned ***** device that is under a service and supply contract. There is no lease tied to this account. We will have a sales rep call the customer and see what is going on.Review from Douglas H

Com Doc service is terrible!!! We had a contract which requires same service & 3 days later our copier is still out of commission. We keep calling service and all one does is reach a call center where you cannot understand the speaker and the individual basically cannot help you. Don't do business with them!!!!!!!!!Review from Susie K

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. The copiers never performed to level we were promised. The service was mediocre. When our lease was up, we couldn’t get out fast enough but now, months after returning the printers and settling our account, we continue to be hounded relentlessly by accounts receivable for a monthly service charge on equipment we no longer have. It’s absurd. Do not do business with this company.
