      I order the peeps glasses cleaner on May 9, 2024. The Order ID is Order #CK-******. I got an email on May 10, 2024 saying my order had shipped. However, I was not given any tracking information. I have since sent two emails (May 13 and May 16, 2024) to their support team requesting the tracking information and have received no response. Since they have refused to provide the tracking information, I am not convinced that I will be receiving my order. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them to cancel the order and refund me. I would like my order cancelled and my money refunded. I have attached the receipt and shipping confirmation emails received.

      I placed an order for 2 pink "Peeps" from CarbonKlean. My order # from the email that I received is: *********-CK. I received my package on April 4th, but with only 1 item in the package. I have tried reaching out to the business by email and by phone but I have not received a response from either. I have left 2 messages and I have sent 2 emails. I have checked my spam and promotion folders in my email.. I have nothing! I would like either for my other item to be shipped or a refund for the 2nd item.

      On March 10th 2024 I placed an order with CarbonKlean. Within 5 minutes I attempted to cancel due to an error on my part. I sent message regarding to cancel. No response. I attempted to contact them several times. Never any response. I've received 16 emails regarding sales and advertisement of their products. I responded to most stating I needed to cancel. No response. Since I went through PayPal it was paid. I received the package today.

      I ordered this product and it was never delivered. I think they didn’t have the correct address. I called and left a voice mail, sent 3 emails requesting delivery and never received a reply. I just want what I paid for.

      This product purchased Christmas 2023 scratched my glasses. I followed the instructions to the letter, and my glasses weren't very dirty to begin with I just wanted to try it before giving it to my parents. (link redacted). They ignored my second email so I don't know what else to do.

      This is about case ********. I know I'm not going to get the resolution that I want, but it was not "Customer Service Issue" they sold me a product that damaged something of mine. What does "updated their BBB Business Profile accordingly" mean? Are you encouraging people not to do business with this company? I know the onus is on me now but I'm not going to hire an attorney over 140 dollars. It bothers me even more that they ignored me and the BBB and no one seems to care.

      I purchased the following items 3 Peeps blue eye glass cleaners online from Carbon Klean on 12/14/2023 my Order number is *********-CK for the amount of $43.33 on a debit card. I tried it once and they are Terrible don't work as they say they do. I sent them back on 12/22/2023 via USPS with the tracking number for a refund and they were received by them on 12/26/2023 Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 12:35 pm on December 26, 2023 in POWELL, OH 43065. The item was signed for by * *****. Delivered Delivered, Left with Individual POWELL, OH 43065 December 26, 2023, 12:35 pm I have called *** *** **** all you get is voice mail and left many messages with no return call to me also called another number for the CEO of the company *** *** **** with no answer and no call back. What is my next step to get a refund this company is a SCAM.

      I placed an order online for a special offer from CarbonKlean on December 6th, 2023. I have not received the product or any response from company. I placed it through PayPal so they have my money already. Total amount was $59.97. I received several emails with info about my order and one gave a link to DHL shipping and that turned into a dead end. I contacted DHL and got nowhere. I sent several emails to CarbonKlean with no response and attempted to call many times to get nothing but a voicemail response to leave a message which I did at least 4 times and still no response. I looked up company complaints and it seems this is a problem company with a lot of the same complaints from other customers. I just want my money refunded.

      company is sending recurring products every month and charging account- there is no recourse on my end as there is no customer service and no one answers email - it is a total scam company

      I ordered 3 peeps eyeglass cleaners from CarbonKlean. The seller sent a preshipping email showing a wrong address. I immediately e-mailed them my correct address and told them not to ship unless they redirected it to my correct address. The next communication I received was that my order has been shipped to the wrong location.I tried calling CarbonKlean numerous times and left voicemails. I never got a return call. I also called *** e-commerce 3 times. Even though their automated service said they would call me back, they never did. Finally I got a confirmation from CarbonKlean and *** that my package has been delivered. The problem is IT IS NOT MY ADDRESS and is in a different state! CarbonKlean does not respond so I am out the money.

      I placed order #****** which was shipped to me on 11/24/23. I have uploaded the invoice I received in my order. I have tried calling the number tooth's business to find no-one will return your call. The number says mailbox is full. I have sent an email on November 28th and also received no response. I ordered 3 peeps, on in blue, one in green and one in purple. I received 2 pink and a black peep which I didn't order. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service of this company.
