      I recently purchased 3 Peeps lens cleaners. Based on the website's description, this seemed to be an item my wife and I could use. Unfortunately, it didn't work on any of our glasses as it left smudges on our lenses. I called their contact number several times during a 2-day period and sent an email about returning their items so we could get a refund. No one answers the phone, it's a voicemail recording asking to leave your name & number, but they don't call back. Their site says: https://getcarbonklean.io/offer-01/ 30-DAY MONEY-BACK WARRANTY If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with PeepsTM, you can easily return it, hassle-free! We appreciate any help you can provide. Much Appreciated.....***

      After purchasing Peeps I opened the package and read the instructions. The product was so cheaply made that it scratched my $700 glasses! I can’t get them replaced as I would have to pay in full since it had been over a year since I purchased them. Who’s going to be responsible for the scratches??? The Walmart store in California, Maryland is who sold the Peeps, and I would have never bought them and used them if they weren’t advertised so well.

      To Whom it May Concern,
      I am writing about a company named CarbonKlean whose address is 24 Village Pointe Drive, Powell, OH, 43065. I bought a product from them November·19, 2021 called "Peeps" which they claimed would clean optical glasses better than anything else. The price for the package I ordered was $42.88. When the package arrived there were three small packages, one of which was claimed to be "free." I opened the one that was designated to be free and discovered that the product was cheaply made and did not perform as advertised.

      I returned the product to them on November 30th, explaining that I was dissatisfied with it and requested a refund. I followed their return instructions, returning the product within 14 business days. Their policy also required that the items be returned in original, unopened, new condition. Because I had opened the "free" one and then placed it back into its original bag for return, they might be using that as an excuse not to refund my money regardless of the fact that is was free. They claimed they would contact me when they received the returned product, but they have not done so. I have tried to contact them by phone, but they direct you to the website, where I have found nothing helpful.

      After receiving my order of 3 Peeps eyeglass cleaners, I find them to be ineffective. Seeking to return a poor product, I emailed for return information. Twice they responded with scripted information on how to use their product and their return policy after 30 days. Nothing specific to my question/request. Their phone number is a voicemail. I hope an actual person will call some day. They repeatedly say only returns of unopened, unused product are accepted, leaving no room for dissatisfaction with the product. They also require an invoice for return, but no such paper exists. I want to return 2 unopened Peeps and 1 opened Peep that I find to be an unsatisfactory product for a full refund. As they won’t provide return postage in any case, I will pay for the return. I am still within the 30-day return window, but their slow customer service eats into that window very quickly. I think this company may be actively hiding negative customer service reviews. Thank you.

      On 12-13-21, I ordered 2 packages of 3 peeps eye-glass cleaners from Carbon Klean, for a total of 6. The total charge came to $132.31. On 12-14-21, I received an email notifying me that CarbonKlean had "finished processing your order" and that "Your order is complete." On 12-18-21, a small package arrived in my mailbox containing only 1 of the peeps devices (photo attached), not the six I had ordered. Every attempt to reach CarbonKlean by phone, email or web submission has led nowhere. They appear to be avoiding any responsibility, or even to accept that there is a problem. I enclose scans of the two emails and a photo of the package that arrived. How many other people have been short changed by this company?
