I was solicited by "Mike" of D's. I was outside working when he drove into my driveway. I had been wanting to have two pine trees taken down and he bid $1200 to take them down and haul them back to my burn pile. He then said if I got the job started today he would do it for $1000. That was a pretty good deal! I said OK. I signed a contract for $1000 which also said that payment was not required until "the customer was satisfied." They showed up and I left to get the money to pay them. Thought I'd do them a favor and pay cash for the good deal. I got back and the brother of the owner Demitrius, (never did learn the brother's name), said "I can't do that to my guys". Apparently the price, Mike quoted, was way too low. He said to do the job would cost $2000. I was appalled at the bait and switch. He said that he would stop if I wanted him to and he wouldn't charge me. Meanwhile, they had taken all the branches off the bottom 40% of one tree. That would look like hell if left that way! We worked it out that they wouldn't cut up the pieces, as originally agreed, but just leave them about 10 or so feet long and haul them back to the burn pile where I'd then cut them up. I had showed Mike where to stack all the debris. So... I'm in and out of the house doing my own thing and discovered that they had moved this very large and heavy old window, (long story), from where I had lugged it, put it on MY big trailer, and had moved MY big trailer to a different location in my yard without so much as a by your leave sir! My directions for piling the debris precluded the necessity of moving the window and trailer. Appalled, again, at their audacity, BUT, no harm done and I wanted the job done so these clowns would get the hell out. They also bummed water from me and left drink cups and the water bottles laying all over the yard. They also pushed for payment before they finished their cleanup. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Hired D's Tree Service to trim and shape a very large Monterrey Oak in my front yard. Limbs had begun to touch the roof and had damaged the facia on my two-story home. The crew arrived at 6pm after having been working since 7am that morning. By 7pm they had trimmed and reshaped the tree to my satisfaction, picked up and chipped every log, limb, and twig they removed from the tree, and cleaned the grass and flower bed beneath the tree and all sidewalks. I was highly recommend this company to anyone.

I just want to say thanks to D and his team for doing such an amazing job on the work they done at my house in Erie PA. I definitely would recommend you to my friends and family thank you again for all your hard work

I highly recommend this company. D showed up at my house and pointed out several things that needed done to my trees he quoted me a price and we agreed he went and got his team and they came back and did everything that he said was going to be done and more. I highly recommend this company. I definitely would use them again. Thank you D and your team.

I do not recommend this company at all. Just take my word for it. They leave without finishing the job completely said they will be back in a couple days to finish it and never did when I called to ask about this Demetrius was rude and not willing to come and complete the job I paid $1,500 for an unpaid job and had to go and hire someone else to finish it stay away from this company they're working in Erie. I think it's stupid that you have to give them one star because I definitely would not give them one at all

Demetrius (D)came to my house in Erie PA and quoted me on several trees that needed cut down and and several that needed trimmed he gave me a wonderful quote was very well mannered very professional his crew did an excellent job and clean up also have no complaints on this business one so ever I would recommend him to my friends! Thank you gentlemen for all your hard work and wonderful job!

Demetrius took advantage of my elderly mother on occasion. He charged her several thousand for little trim work. In the winter, a crew of his came out to trim trees and my mom said No. the guys said it was his daughter’s birthday the next day and he needed money. So she said you can clean the ice and snow of my walks and driveway. After 40 minutes of chipping away with her equipment, she poked her head out the door and said she only had $100. They promptly stopped, unfinished. Took the $100 and left. I have this all recorded on her Ring camera so it’s not a tall tail. I believe this is called elder abuse.

D stopped by at the door. Took care of a large dead maple and another smaller pine. Cut down and removed both at a great price.

Sean’s team did a great job for us today! Highly recommend.
