DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Ive been a ********* for over 35 years. I know how siding is supposed to be applied in all weather conditions. They applied our siding in the winter. It keeps popping off. Theyve been back on six or seven different occasions to attempt to fix the siding. It continues to pop off whenever the weather gets warmer because the siding expands in warmer weather and pops off. The * channel looks like a five years old did it. The cover for the ***** vent popped off about a week ago. Dunright refuse to make this right! The entire house should be resided. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I repeat. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

1) The shower door was taken off to replace the damaged panel. The new panel was replaced and the glass doors were left in the front room. The frame holding the doors were damaged and needed to be replaced but they werent replaced. The owner and receptionist both said they couldnt get through to the company to get the replacement parts. I have gotten through to ****************** and I had to call the local lowes to have them put in the order. . On Monday December I got the price, its about 293 dollars. Told the receptionist at Dunright Building Services the price and she would let the owner know and he would call me back. Its now Jan 03 **** and no calls 5) In February, It took over 14 days for them to get the shower in a usable condition. In April, ***** said others were a higher priority than us. I heard constant excuses for not being able to order the parts needed. gave them the one on the instructions sheet that was working for me, and they still didnt get it ordered. I got ahold of the company and got it ordered and all they have to do is call a local Lowes and arrange to pay for it and then they will be able to get it.6) I spent 20 years in the Navy. An inspection of an aircraft would go like clockwork coordinated by maintenance control with many work centers. Same thing for a house we had built. Simpler jobs, we had done, were done quickly. The companies would take care of the problems right away. We had nothing but great experiences until now. A worker said we wont get paid unless you make the final payment so we gave the final check. Big mistake A curtain was placed temporally and the next day we said we want the glass doors reinstalled. That happened February 2023. The glass doors are still sitting in our front room. A lawyer we consulted said their name is Ironic, isnt it? I think he was being ****** generous considering our bad experiences.

They put the siding on all different ways refuse to fix it. ****** has fallen off numerous times in the same place. Siding is bowing because it was t cut the right length. Caulking job horrible all over the siding. I have called numerous times for this to be corrected they refuse to do so. I have a warranty from dunright and they refuse to honor it. Would not recommend this company at all.
