              An insurance claim was filed for our home flooding from a natural weather disaster. company sent out inspector and he mad a full report. ever since the report the agent involved with the company has no updated me about the claim and refused to reply to any of my emails and phone calls. the company was also requested to have a supervisor contact me regarding this issue and they still have not what so ever.

              A lousy poorly operated insurance company that greedily refuses to cancel your homeowners and auto insurance and threatens to refer you to collection after you cancelled with a local agent. They have billed me three times for insurance I did not authorize AFTER my expiration date. I have written three letters called numerous times yet Westfield continues to harass me and bill me. Avoid them at all cost.

              Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We have received the appropriate documentation for us to back date the cancellation requests effective March 1, 2024. The cancellation has been processed on July 1, 2024, effective March 1, 2024, with the reason of Insureds request. A refund has been mailed on July 9, 2024, for $10.00 due to the policy cancelling per the insureds request. Since the policy is cancelled, no invoices will be sent as there is $0.00 due on the policy. I have emailed a copy of the final cancellation to this insured.
