              Date of Transaction: 4/15/2024 Amount of money paid to Burke Décor: $2,549.15 What the business committed to provide you: provide refund for unshipped and cancelled order. Nature of dispute: Order was cancelled on 4/22/2024 and I received confirmation of cancellation. My credit card was charged on 4/22/2024 for $2,549.15 and after reaching out for over a month I have not received my original payment back although the order has been cancelled. Attached are Whether or not the business has tried to resolve problem: They keep telling me my credit will be refunded in 7 business days. That was on 4/22/2024. I have reached out via email and phone and keep getting told the same thing Account/Order/Tracking Number: account – [email protected]. Order # 890130

              **** ***** ** * **** *** ********** ********* I purchased a wallpaper on April 10 2024 and they keep pushing Delivery for a later date.Before was end of June, now is End of August. I want a Cancellation-sent an email. They take days and days to reply and with each reply its an extension of Delivery.
