      I had ordered a pillow from Burke Decor on March this year. It got canceled later because the seller kept changing the shipping dates. I have been trying to get my money back since May 2. The seller agreed to refund me, but I havent received it yet. I never stopped contacting them about the refund, its really frustrating to have the issue resolved. Burke decor doesnt respond to my emails, for example I might get one or two emails out of 10 from them with more excuses to delay the refund. This is so outrageous!

      I have placed several orders with Burke Decor (BD) and never received the goods, nor have I received responses when I have reached out over the last 2 weeks to cancel all items. Previously I cancelled 1 bed order, which BD claims to have canceled, but they never issued a refund. I have demanded twice to have all outstanding orders to be cancelled and issued a full refund totaling $11,613.20. I cannot call BD to speak with a human - they only have a generic customer service email. Their online chat feature which they claim is available, has never been available. I am demanding a full refund and confirmation every item has been canceled.       I have two open orders with Burke Decor, both remain unfifilled and paid in full. Due to unresponsiveness by the company and the extended time that has passed with nothing delivered, I requested cancellation and refunds. Neither of the orders have been refunded, and months have past with no response from this retailer, even though their website is up and running. I have tried countless times to reach them via email, online chats and phone calls, yet the orders remain unfilled and not refunded. These orders date back to 6 months ago.       I order an item in March. They have told me 3 times it was delayed. I keep trying to cancel the order (they have taken my payment in full). They will not answer, email, phone, or customer chat nor refund money.

      On December 31, 2023 I placed an order with Burke Decor for an order of wallpaper. The total cost, which they have already taken from my bank account, is $864.00. I was originally told that the ETA for this order would be in January 2024. After that date came and went, I emailed customer service, who then told me the new ETA would be in March. This happened again, and I was told to expect the order in May. Now it is June, and customer service is no longer responding to any of my emails or phone calls. I have also emailed their cancellations department but have not received a reply from them either. When I looked them up on the BBB website, I now see they have an F rating, and that my experience with them is unfortunately very common. I do not have much hope that this order is ever coming, and would just like to seek a refund and never see this company again.

      Transaction date: November 24, 2023 Issue: Part of my order was cancelled due to Burke Decor continuously pushing back the shipping date. Order was cancelled on February 9, 2024. As of June 17, 2024 I have yet to receive my refund. Order: 848842 Burke Decor consistently blames their small finance team and a change in processors for a delay, but over four months later and I still haven't received my refund (or the items I initially ordered). STAY AWAY from this company and don't order with them! The phone number takes you to a voicemail box where phone calls are never returned, and the 'live chat' function on the website is never on.

      I placed an order for a sideboard May 1st. I was told it would ship out late May. After trying to contact the business several times I’ve gotten back a very generic response via email stating that it won’t ship out until end of September. I’ve inquired about other questions regarding the order but still no response. There is no way to actually speak to a person regarding any issues with the order.

      I ordered a rug from Burke Decor on March 13, 2014. Originally told it would ship early May. It didn’t arrive and I reached out to Burke Decor and they said it would be in June. I’ve reached out 5 times in the past week (email and voicemail) to try and get an update on my order. When I didn’t hear anything, I asked to cancel my order. I have had no reply or response to these requests. I want a refund on my order.

      I ordered the Relatore Chair back on Feb. 25,2024 and paid in full then (my oder # is 883247) and have yet to receive this. I reached out a couple of months ago and was told it would ship late May. I have reached out multiples times now that we are past May, and cannot contact anyone nor has anyone returned any of my emails. I very much want my money back as it has been almost 4 months since this order was placed. At the time, the website said the order was in stock and this was definitely not the case.

      Date of Transaction: 4/15/2024 Amount of money paid to Burke Décor: $2,549.15 What the business committed to provide you: provide refund for unshipped and cancelled order. Nature of dispute: Order was cancelled on 4/22/2024 and I received confirmation of cancellation. My credit card was charged on 4/22/2024 for $2,549.15 and after reaching out for over a month I have not received my original payment back although the order has been cancelled. Attached are Whether or not the business has tried to resolve problem: They keep telling me my credit will be refunded in 7 business days. That was on 4/22/2024. I have reached out via email and phone and keep getting told the same thing Account/Order/Tracking Number: account – [email protected]. Order # 890130

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21774499, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.

      No refund has been made and I need a refund of original payment back to my card. Burke Decor has sent me the same message/email.
