      Ordered two trays. They arrived damaged. I reached out for a refund many times and got no response.

      On 11/8/2023 I purchased area rugs for my business from Burke Decor. Total cost $1427.00. The company repeatedly said the items were delayed or backordered. Until they emailed and said they could not fulfill the order on June 2024. Told me to click a link to fill out ACH information for a full refund. I submitted my information a few times, I never got a refund. I called and emailed numerous times. I then had my attorney write a letter- still no response. A year later, they still have my $1427.00, and no rugs. Attached is the credit card statement showing purchase and numerous emails outlining the communication. From headlines it looks like I am not the only one out of money from this company. I hope there can be some form of resolution. I'm a small business and that's a lot of money for me.

      I placed an order with Designer Rug (owned by Burke Decor) and paid with a credit card on 12/5/24. I have never received my order, only emails with delivery dates further and further out. I would still like my two counter stools delivered, but rather doubt they ever will be, so would like a refund.

      The transaction occurred on October 10th, 2023 for a total amount of $375. The return authorization was sent and I shipped the package same day. Burke Decor confirmed receipt of the return on 12/28/23 and promised a refund within 7-10 business days. Several subsequent communications with the retailer on 1/25/24, 2/22/24, 3/13/24, 6/7/24 and 11/13/24 all promised funds would be sent, never for them to materialize. Burke has the item and my money over 1.5 years later. My credit card company is unwilling to process a dispute to age of the transaction.

      3/27/24 I placed an order for multiple furniture items for a total price of $2906 and have never received it. I eventually canceled the order after theygave me multiple delay, notices or radio silence and I never received the refund.

      I did not receive a $85 order or refund and I had $44 on a gift card that so can not use since their website is closed. So a total of $129 dollars.

      I purchased some wallpaper on this company's site. It said In Stock when I purchased it. Right after my purchase it said 12-16 weeks delivery time. I called and emailed their customer service just to make sure that my order still was in stock as I needed the paper immeidately for a project and cannot wait 4 months. That was a week ago and I have had zero communication from the company whatsoever. Cancellation requested...still waiting to hear back. Worst webiste ever with absolutely zero customer service. Refund my money.

      I ordered a bed frame on January 19th, 2025. It is not April and the order has not been fulfilled. I asked the company for a refund and they said they would process the refund, but it never arrived back on my credit card. The company's customer service is now unresponsive. I would like my money back.

      I ordered wallpaper from Burkedecor.com on 6/3/2024 in the amount was 2040.00 with an expected ship time of 1-3 weeks. On 6/29/24, they emailed me and said their printing machine was experiencing issues and my wallpaper wouldn’t ship for 2 months. They asked if I wanted to continue with the order or request a refund. I asked for the refund and I have been asking for it ever since. I still have not received the refund and it has been almost 1 year. The email chain is attached.

      Placed an order 8/23/2023. Received a partial fulfillment, with the rest scheduled to ship later. "Later" keeps being the response when I ask them the status. I've asked them to refund my money for the remaining items and they haven't done so. The last contact I received from them was March 2025.
