      I bought 2 items, 1 never arrived. I've reached out multiple times for updates but the product never arrived. I then contacted them many times for a refund, and was told it would arrive but the refund never did. This has been ongoing for over a year. Stay away.

      I cannot express how deeply frustrated I am with my experience ordering from Burke Decor. I placed multiple orders in October and November of last year, and despite the website advertising a 3-4 week shipping timeframe, I am still waiting for my items over five months later.The worst part? Communication has been abysmal. After expressing my concerns to their team months ago, I was promised bi-weekly updates on my orders. That never happened. Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out myself, only to receive vague responses blaming external factors, but never offering real solutions or accurate timelines. And the delays just keep getting pushed backtoday, I was informed that my bed frame wont arrive until late August. Thats almost a year after my initial order!Meanwhile, Burke Decor had no problem charging my credit card in full immediately. Over $6,000 left my account months ago, and yet, I still have no clear answers on when I will receive my items. My son has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for weeks waiting for his bed frame. His belongings remain stacked in cardboard boxes because the shelving unit I ordered is nowhere to be found. And I cant even schedule a wallpaper installation because I have no clue when the wallpaper will actually arrive.I understand that delays happen. What I dont understand is a complete lack of transparency, misleading shipping estimates, and the failure to proactively update customers who have spent thousands of dollars. If I had known I would be waiting nearly a year, I would have taken my business ************ anyone considering purchasing from Burke Decor: Beware. If you place an order, prepare to be left in the dark for months while your money sits in their account.

      I ordered two bar stools and 10 months later they finally admitted they would not fill the order. I filled out the form to receive a refund and it is now five months later and I'm getting the same lies and excuses. Burke Decor is a total fraud. Do NOT buy anything from them.

      **** ******* ** * ***** I ordered $420 worth of wallpaper, canceled the following day because it was on a 2 month backorder and never received my refund. I have emailed them weekly since December 30, 2024 and keep getting the same reply. They apologize and say they are working fervently to get me my refund.

      Ordered an open box chair in grey. They sent me a completely different chair in black. Sent them an image of the chair received and got this response:Thank you for your patience. Please know we received your information and have carefully reviewed your claim; however, this is the intended look of this piece. Please let us know if you have any further questions!Thank you,CLAIMS TEAM Filed a dispute with ****.

      I ordered an open box console table that was supposed to be just that - new, but open box. Without any tracking notification, I received a damaged item. I ONLY bought this as open box because the item is discontinued so I had no choice. But either way, it was supposed to be new. I reached out about wanting to return it/get a refund and was told (Feb 27) that the claims **** would reach out to me in 3-6 business days. Yesterday (3/5) I got an email from said claims **** saying I have to wait another 3-6 days for a resolution. Excuse me, but this is a needlessly slow process, and meanwhile I have to deal with a large and heavy box with a defective item in my foyer. I just want my money back. And they have the audacity to say not to send a follow up email if theyre taking too long because it will push your claim back in the queue. Stay away from this business. If they dont refund me soon, I am taking it up with my bank. Theres no way to post a review on their website. The page cannot be found now.

      Our company purchased a mirror from Burke Decor in June of 2024. When it did not ship, we reached out several times over the next 6 months, and each time were told it was delayed and given a new ship date. When it still had not shipped in January of 2025, we requested that they cancel the order and provide a refund. They provided a refund form, which we filled out and returned, and were told we would receive our refund in 7-14 business days. It has now been over 6 weeks and we have yet to receive a refund. We have purchased from Burke Decor many times since 2018 and have never experienced anything like this.

      There should be an option for zero stars. I am an interior designer who spec'd two products (two mirrors and two side tables) from this "company". They are an absolute fraud. These items were purchased in February 2024. After months of delays - that we were only notified about when we followed up - we cancelled the orders and requested a refund. After following up regularly, we still do not have the refund. This company is an absolute ****. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BURKEDECOR.

      Scammed me out of $200. Ordered wallpaper samples never received. Numerous phone ************** asking for a refund. That was 9 months ago. They are *********

      I have made 4 orders with this company. The first order I made took a lengthy time to deliver but arrived successfully. I ordered wallpaper in two separate orders and a small decor item in a third order in 2024. I cancelled the wallpaper orders after months of waiting and never received a refund despite many emails with their customer service team. The small decor item has never shipped even though they kept promising via email that they would be shipping the order a few months out. If you value your money and want to actually receive your orders I would recommend shopping with a reputable retailer that is not Burke Decor.
