      Terrible company!! I ordered a rug in march of this year.. they couldnt fullfill the order but will not refund my money. It is now July. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. **********

      We ordered a rug Feb. 2024...still waiting. We did the online chat earlier and they said it was still coming but was delayed. Now the online chat option is not even on their website. We have emailed multiple times with absolutely no response! I would not suggest ordering anything from this company!! No communication!! They will take your money and you won't receive your purchases!! Just terrible!

      I ordered wallpaper in March of 2024. I was informed multiple times it was being delivered. Then I received a notification it was out of stock until May. I canceled the order and was given multiple emails that I would have a refund within 5-7 business days, I am still waiting and it is July 6th 2024. I have been informed they are aware I am frustrated but they have changed processors and have a small finance team. I have never experienced such a shady company in my life.       I have had a horrible experience with Burke Decor, and it mirrors what others have complained about. In fact, reading their reviews has pretty much convinced me I will never get my money refunded by this company. I ordered an item on 01-01-24 for $649 that appeared to be in stock and was promised to be shipped within 30 days. I had to keep emailing to find out why the item hadnt been shipped after 30 days elapsed. They kept pushing back the shipping time. By mid-March, Id had enough and I cancelled the order, effective 03-12-24. I have never been refunded my money. They cannot be reached by phone (you must leave a message and they will not call back), but they will respond by email, usually. Its always thank you so much for your patience. They kept telling me to wait and wait for my refund, giving one excuse after another (e.g., new processor of refunds in processing department, backlog on refunds, etc.). On June 10, they responded by telling me that due to a security change in the processing system what does that even mean???they would have to refund me by direct deposit or mailed check. They emailed a form to fill out indicating my choice. I figured direct deposit would be faster, so they now have my banking info. STILL NO REFUND. This company is obviously having serious problems. I would advise anyone to steer clear. At this point, I am certain I have been scammed of my money and will likely never see it again. I order online regularly with many companies and have NEVER encountered such lack of customer service and unprofessionalism.

      I am waiting for two orders placed in February 2024 and April 2024. The February order never shipped within the expected timeframe and I reached out to customer service via email (the only option). They responded saying the product was delayed until early May. Having ordered from them in the past and received the product I did not worry too much and I ended up placing another order with them in April. However in early May I didn't get a notice of my first order shipping and I followed up again. They replied that the product was now delayed until mid to late June. Now that it is July, I have followed up on both orders and at this point they are just ignoring my emails, or maybe no one is there to respond. Either way they had clearly been experiencing internal issues since early this year and misled me for months that my products were coming and just delayed due to issues "outside their control."

      Ordered from them in the past and had such a good experience. So when it came time to style a home renovation I returned... and its like the company took a complete nose-dive. Placed 4 orders in February that stated in stock and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It's now on the verge of July and NOTHING. I reached out in April to be told the items would ship mid May, which obviously never happened. I haven't quite gotten to the point of cancelling my orders but we're getting there. Purchased with AMEX so I hope if the day should come they will be helpful.I've never seen a company that charges your card in full before the item is ready and or available to ship. I think that's the scam. They say it's in stock, so you don't blink when the charge your card (Nearly $4K in our case) and then never have intentions of shipping the items anytime soon. All I can think is they are having money troubles and surviving off of purchases but never actually delivering the goods and pocketing the money. If this is what's happening I hope there's an investigation into them. The irony is they share so many discount codes and special sale to bait the buyer. They take your money and run away with it instantly. I will hold out hope that one of these days our orders will be fulfilled but I'm becoming less hopeful after reading all the recent reviews. Sometime is amiss with this company no doubt as it's seems the new normal for them. The fact that they also offer no response as a company on here also speaks volumes. Completely *** in every way.

      SCAM ALERT ZERO STARS Placed order in Feb 2024, company charged my Credit card and took my money right away. Up until today June 28 2024, company has not shipped the order that were still showing in stock on their website. **** ******* ** * **** *** ****** *** ** ******* ** ********

      Burke Decor has never delivered the online purchase that I made on 01/01/24 for 3 sofa pillows that were paid for on my charge card. I've got a string of e-mails where I complained that I've never received the pillows. Every few weeks they would send me an e-mail response indicating my order would be shipped to me in a few weeks...... but, this has now gone on for 6 months...... with no pillows received. Finaly, on 06/23/24, they sent me an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled because they can't fulfill my order. On 06/23/24, I demanded my full refund and they have not responded. Because this business has only a 2.48 rating with the BBB....... as a result of 560 "Customer Reviews", can the ******************** facilitate a Class Action Law Suit with the **** Burke Decor is blatantly doing bad faith business at the expense of the public.
