      This business is a scam. I ordered a piece of furniture (a mirror) on backorder. I persistently checked in on the expected ship date and was given just enough customer service response to believe they have customer service which they DO NOT. After 5 months, my money was stolen because Burke Decor charged me and canceled my order. Customer service has stopped responding and I have not been issued a refund. How is this business allowed to operate? I have since read countless reviews of people being swindled the same way. I would love a refund but more importantly I would like to see Burke Decor shut down and held accountable.

      I am an Interior Designer with a trade account at Burke Decor. I placed an order for an area rug on Jan. 25, 2024. At the time of order the company website showed the rug was in stock and ready to ship; but the rug was never delivered. I have followed up by email to burke decor on March 3rd, March 10th, and April 24th each time the companies automatic reply states there is a pushed back delivery date. I have called customer service (no one answers) and left three voicemails. On May 31st, 2024 I emailed again requesting a cancelation and full refund since the rug was never delivered. Their automated message said they would process the cancelation with in three days. That has not happened and the initial payment of $786.25 has not been refunded.

      I purchased wallpaper from Burke Decor.com for $807 on 1/3/24 and it never arrived. They at first told me it was backordered - twice - then they ghosted me. * ***** ** ** * **** ********

      I purchased the Dot Doormat (Nature) from Burke Decor back on December 24, 2023. They already charged my card for the order on the day of the purchase. At the time of purchase, there was no indication that the product was backordered, and there would be a delayed shipment. When I reached out to the customer service team after a few weeks post-purchase, they said it would take another 18-22 weeks. I waited 22+ weeks and still hadn't received any shipment confirmation, so I followed up multiple times after, and have not heard anything about my product/order or responses regarding a requested refund. This business has been unresponsive and unprofessional.

      January 23, 2024 I placed an order form Burke Decor for two Theo nightstands. The nightstands were back ordered and estimated for delivery in February. March 11 I contacted Burke Decor for an update and was told the warehouse was now estimating April. Despite numerous attempts to contact Burke, I have received no updates and no night stands. It now July - it has been nearly 6 months since my initial order.

      Placed an online order for glassware December 26, 2024. I never received the product after 4 months, and could not get a definitive expected delivery dated so I then cancelled order. Email correspondence indicates my repeated attempts to get a delivery date, but they respond only rarely. I cancelled order on April 5, 2024. I received confirmation from Burke Decor that my order was cancelled, and a refund would be issued within 2 weeks. I have still not received a refund as of 7/13/2024.

      I placed order #871495 on Jan 15, 2024 for two (2) accent side tables for a total of $552.00. Upon placing the order shipment was expected within 4-6 weeks per Burke's website. I contacted Burke via email on April 28th to inquire about order status and on April 30th Burke responded with an updated shipment date of late June. At that time the accent tables were on sale on Burke's website ($199 per vs. $276) and due to the long order time I requested a refund for the difference in price. On May 1st, KC from Burke customer service responded via email that Burke would honor the request and credit my credit card. On June 6th I reached back to Burke as a credit had not been posted to my credit card account. Burke responded on June 13th stating that their accounting system was experiencing technical difficulties with their refund system. Since June 13th, I have emailed and called customer service multiple times to inquire about the status of my order and credit. I have received no response from Burke and in my last email I stated I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Ultimately I would like to cancel the order I placed in Jan since I have not received the items. My expectation is that I will receive a full refund for $552.00. Based on a quick google search it appears that many other customers are encountering issues with Burke. The company appears to be either a scam or severely under water.

      I ordered a book and some bookends from Burke Decor back in Novemberor early December. They never shipped the items but took my money. They have since responded to all email inquiries with new prospective delivery dates two months in the future. Online reviews make it clear they've done this to many people.

      Order number: 876486 Date of purchase: 2/1/24 Amount: $210.00 Company: Burke Decor I purchased and paid for wallpaper in January 2024, I never received. I reached out to the company to no avail via phone but follow with an email. Now, 17 (yes, SEVENTEEN) or more correspondence later, almost 8 months, I continue to be promised a refund with nearly the same rationale, their processing department has changed. Now they are asking for my bank account Information to process my refund in a different form.
