Still waiting on the completion of my window installation after 8 months. They billed my line of credit without my signature and will not respond when I reached out regarding completion of the project. I question the quality of their work and their ethics.Review from Kandace W

Excellent job. I am so happy with the new windows installed by Window World in early June 2024. The installers and the management were very professional, polite, and did exactly what they were supposed to. We now have had all of our windows replaced by Window World. Seven were done in 2021 and five were done this month in June 2024. We noticed a big difference in our heating bills after the first install. The installers were great both times. They were polite and very diligent in the installs. Everything was left the way it was found. We are very happy with our windows and will recommend Window World to everyone that needs their services!Window World Response

Window world has replaced all the windows in our house and from the time I connected them to the day of installation was an extremely great experience. The gentleman that came and sat with us for the estimate was so helpful and seemed to have our best interests in mind. The office kept in contact letting us know when installation will happen.The gentleman that came and did the installation was very friendly and helpful he worked hard from the time he came till the time he got done and he made sure I was satisfied before he left. Dealing with Window World was such a pleasure! They explained everything and delivered on time. I have zero complaints. Installation of sliding glass door was about 3 hours and the installer was very efficient. I plan on calling on this company in the future for other jobs!Window World Response
