      dont think so,must likely -?.I hope anybody that have been told about Legal Shield read this reviews including mine.If it sound too good to be true,believe me is not.the asigned me to *******/**** attorneys from *******.this ppl wont even answer the phone.when they do you'll be on hold 4ever.wont give you any up dates on you case and shuffle you around.I called the ** main office and complained but there is no change on behavior.as a matter of facts it made it worse,now they hang up on me.I ** all the work , sent all paperwork. ******* /**** cant find my records.they lied saying I **nt do my part.i got proof.i got all fax date and what was sent.Im droping ** and acording to the 50 mil.review i had read it isl going to be a nightmare.some ppl been trying to get out fr long time and cant. bad,cheap lawyers and bad service.wish me luck

      Legal shield is unacceptable. Do not use them for any landlord or tenant issues. As a landlord, I am located in Virginia and they would not accept a NVAR landlord agreement since it has "broker name" as the leasing agent. It does not even state the company as landlord and has my name as landlord. I tried multiple plans within legal shield and they were not covered. Legal shield does not offer any assistance and is a waste of time. If you are located in Virginia, and are a a landlord or have a co-owner, try legal shield if you want trouble and waste time/money. Let me know your experience. DO NOT USE LEGALSHIELD. THEY SENT MY CASE TO CLAIMS AND CAME BACK WITH A GRAY RESPONSE. THEY ARE NOT EVEN REFUNDING OR PROVIDING ANY SUGGESTIONS ON PLANS.

      I paid for their worthless plan for a few years and I experienced a legal issue and found their contract to be pretty much worthless!!!Given the complexities of the legal system, It is more important than ever to obtain experienced quality legal counsel. Not only is LegalShield's list of 'qualified' attorneys greatly reduced, but for any legal matter of substance you WILL end up paying the vast majority of the costs.As my attorney was quick to point out, even at best one is contractually provided a great deal of 'trial' time, but relatively little time for anything deemed 'non-trial' (i.e. research, case preparation, legal filings, etc.). In other words, the arena where most of us rack up our real legal expenses.CAVEAT EMPTOR !!!

      The company makes it difficult to cancel your membership. They give you the information to supply then they ignore your cancellation and will bill you the next month. The Real Estate tax lawyer that I spoke had to look up any information that I asked. I have dealt with two different lawyers, about Real Estate law, outside of Legal Shield and both were able to answer my questions as though it was second nature to them.

      Legal shield obviously has unethical people in management!As a paying member of Legal Shield, I was unfairly denied services by the lead attorney (*******) of ***************************** in ***********.After having received alerts regarding exposure of my personal information by the Firm, I simply requested that my information be handled confidentially, especially because documents requested by a representing attorney contained false and slanderous information that I wouldn't want exposed, to which ******* responded by refusing to protect information, or allay my privacy concerns, despite having cited relevant privacy laws. But instead, emailed me telling that from that juncture forward, nothing sent in by me would no longer be acknowledged, but the company continued to deduct payments since March,2022, until last month, and company executives refuse to acknowledge the facts or reimburse for payments without service!

      Trying to cancel my membership and you can't do it on there web site. They tell you to email them with your account. The next day I get email back from them which read as following.Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:support at legalshield dot com Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server couldn't be made.Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connecto their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.For more information and tips to fix

      LegalShield is a complete and total SCAM the service is trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING THIS SERVICE. They make it impossible to cancel the service requesting cancellation in writing and they delay refunding you for 15 days. The lawyer firm that serves the clients are a complete joke they are rude and dismissive and they don’t prioritize your legal concern because as LegalShield client there are no billable hours for them because you get discounted services. Once they find out your legal referral the intake appointment firm deprioritize you taking days to respond and then referring you out to wrong attorneys to service you. LegalShield is a scam service.

      ZERO STARS. P.O.S. Everything was hard to accomplish. Not very customer friendly. Had subscription for a year and contacted Legalshield to cancel in May. Still be charged in September
