This is a no smoke review; I highly recommend *********************** and *************************** for their incredible service. I have never experienced technicians that were so calmly knowledgeable and professional as I had many questions and concerns and they not only talked me through each one but even walked me through their checking processes truly giving me an Assurance of the functioning of my AC. ***************** depth of knowledge was immediately evident in how he conveyed in a few sentences, hours' worth of information that I tried to obtain online myself. They fixed my thermostat wiring issues, reset my ****** thermostat with the proper settings, refilled my freon, checked my AC pressures, temps, and gauges coils literally everything, ensuring my system was working properly, and functioning at optimal capacity and explaining to me in detail exactly why it wouldn't for various reasons. they did such a plethora of maintenance tests and checks when investigating my AC problem before ever concluding or assuming what it was. They literally spent hours testing and checking, while eliminating one factor after another and then confidently giving an educated and tested verdict on what the issue was. As opposed to making assumptions and arrogantly spouting of technical jargon throwing out a quota and leaving. They spent their time doing true honest work. I can't thank them enough for truly being invested in by AC system showing that it's what they know, it's what they do, and they said themselves that they enjoy doing. It was a truly satisfying experience for me. and I'm so happy I had them as my technicians. If you are a smart person with an AC problem, these guys know what they're doing. I hired Air Assurance when I needed an overhaul of a heating/ air system at a townhouse we bought. I hired them after a great testimonial from someone else. Here are some things that impressed me: how professional they were- in everything from talking to staff on the phone, to knowing their business, to getting the job done in a timely manner and cleaning up after! They explained everything, give you options, work with rebate programs to save money etc. I have now used them to replace a water heater and repair a broken air conditioner ( I thought they would push me to a new unit but they fixed the one I had !) it is difficult to find people to come out quickly to do work on your house - I have never had that issue with Air Assurance. Outstanding service. Called at 7pm and the tech was out at 8am the next day. Very professional, answered all my questions, fixed the A/C in under an hour. We had been without electricity for 3 days after the storm hit Tulsa and took out power for 200,000 homes on 6/16/23, when the power came back on for us the A/C was out and and we desperately needed it. Very pleased with Air Assurance's commitment to customer satisfaction. New hot water heater installation issue with routed air handler freon lines was corrected in a timely manner with very nice coordination efforts between their plumbing and HVAC departments/technicians. Also very pleased with their Comfort Representative's visit to our residence on a Saturday for the recommendations and supply of a new water heater. We had our HVAC system replaced along with new ductwork installed and insulation blown in the attic and the installers lead by David were very professional, clean up every day while here working. They gave us great instructions on the use of the S30 thermostat and explained how the system worked. They completed the job in five days which was great with everything they had to do. I also was impressed with our sales person Paul he kept in touch with us through out the sale and installation. Everyone was very professional.Air Assurance Company Response

They installed a new HVAV system in my home and we're outstanding from the initial quote to the final piece of work. They were on time, worked hard, kept use informed, cleaned up as they went along, explained how everything worked, and finished on schedule. I had an issue in my condo with my downstairs A/C. It (and the upstairs unit) were original - so like 45 years old. I decided to replace both A/Cs and my hot water heater as they were all old. I had several companies give me a quote for replacing. Air Assurance was not the cheapest, but I chose them any way. This was mostly due to Jay ******** who took the time to explain the options to me and answer all my questions. I felt heard by Jay and trusted that he was giving me the best advise.
The install team, lead by Devon, was also fantastic. I know it was a tricky job as the condo was kind of built around the old system. They handled all the challenges and kept my condo so clean through it all. They were courteous and trustworthy.

We were trying to help our 95 year old mother who was experiencing air conditioning problems last week during very high temperatures in Tulsa. We had Air assurance come out and tell us that our coil was leaking on an older unit on 6/17/22. We received a quote that defined a Lennox EL16XC1 16 seer condenser and an R410a Lennox coil for $6200.00 that we were hoping would fix the problem. We let the company know on Friday that this was the option that we wish to go with. When they arrived on Saturday to fix the unit we where then informed that the $6200 was just to replace the coil, which we thought was incorrect and seem extremely high for just a coil replacement. We decided to not to use Air Assurance and try someone else as they were not honoring the original quote. This left our poor elderly mother in high heat at home and will now extend the time to get the air conditioning repaired.Air Assurance Company Response

This has been cleared up, as there were multiple family members involved and miscommunication between the family members. To be clear, the installers had both the coil and the AC with them and that was the price to install both of them, but somehow information was misconstrued between family members. Unfortunate situation as we were there and ready to install expediently to take care of the elderly woman and get her taken care of correctly. I concur with Air Assurance explanation of this problem. It was truly just miscommunication between the family members and not anything that Air Assurance did. I was impressed with the communication between myself and multiple members of their staff as we attempted to resolve what I thought was a problem. My apologizes to this company and I hope we can do business in the future.
