              We were offered a roaches vehicle Because the first vehicle a Jeep was in and out of the shop for 4 times I was without a vehicle for 70 days still paying on the vehicle. They offer a replacement but didn't give us credit for anything that we had already paid towards the first vehicle. I had to start a brand new loan. Which messed up our credit? I went immediately got this new vehicle. The 2015 drain GMC train. We got a diagnosis of it. They try to tell me that's not the problem. So it's been in and out of the shop 3 more times And it was exactly what I said. It was in the beginning which is a timing chain which snapped and hit my mechanic in the face. I've had it in and out of there. Mechanic shop telling me that they fixed this and that and come to find out that they did not fix those things. And they're just trying to yank more money out of my pocket for the service warranty and try to use it all up, but not fixing the problems that have arisen from this vehicle.

              Carmart put an illegal tag on my car. I got pulled over and the cop wanted to take me to jail and hit me with 5 tickets and impound my car. Also they had to put my car in the shop and it's taking them 7 days to fixe something that takes just one day to fixed. They won't give me a rental. Horrible customer service.
