****** ***** sold me a 2020 ***** spark last Oct, it's a great lil car however this year I was looking for a truck...I returned to ****** ***** and asked about a beautiful truck I just love....after signing loan agreements he decided he wanted me to use a different loan company, after 3 days of garbage from the new loan company I called him (on a recorded line) and asked him to please finish the deal on the truck with the original loan company I was not happy with westreet...he told me it was denied by credit acceptance...funny i have a recorded call with an agent AND customer care who stated yes they accepted my loan and already paid ****** ***** the money for the truck and I'm in debt to them several thousands of dollars owe my ***** payment in 3 weeks and instill don't have that truck in my possession...He lied and he's stealing money it's wrong and I'll see him in court

If I could give this so called car lot no stars I would. From rude and incompetent staff and much more Auto Source made my life a stressful and horrible situation up until the final car payment. When I finally payed my car off at 22% interest rate Auto Source did not report this to my credit. From the beginning I never understood what people meant when saying car sales men are evil they will get you. Until I meet the people at Auto Source I went to this car lot because I was referred to them by someone who was a co-owner and assured me they would do me right because this would be my first car in my name. I didn't have bad credit just no credit at all when applying for this car and when I bought the car I traded in my payed off 1997 Lexus that was still running. When shopping for the car I let them know that this was my first time buying a car and they took full advantage of this. The car they sold me had been in a wreck and they did not tell me this verbally which I take full responsibility for being naive and not reading the car fax thinking they where honest people. They also wrote the wrong dates of payments on my contract based on the days I got payed. Regardless they still received two payments per month mind you I had a nine to five at the time so I couldn't just come down and sign the contract with new payment dates I had to make time to do so. On Christmas Eve they came and drug my car on the e brake out of my drive way in the middle of the night. I went to the car lot visibly upset crying and they threatened to kick me out. When I picked up my car the same day from the tow company they had stolen items out of my car that they never returned nor took responsibility for. After this I had so many problems such as them not resetting my car when the payment was made. Employees and even the owner hanging up on me laughing at my pain and telling me my concerns where invalid. There where also many times I called to make a payment and was told to call back.
