      I want to report this scam from Avis. Apparently, Avis set up a wrong charge to me. My rental was returned 04/04/2022. Today(05/18/2022), I got charged by $250 for cleaning. Avis provided an inspection receipt, but inspection receipt shows that the car was returned at 04/13/2022. The Odometer does not match either. The Odometer was 1618 at return, in my rental receipt. However in the inspection receipt, the Odometer is 1730.

      This is Fraud from Avis to scram my money. I am lucky that I found this gap after spending hours to look into the receipts. I will recommend not to trust Avis to any one. I have the receipts in my hand if need proof.

      The worst. Went to pick up car that we did not know closed at noon. They had a similar car 20 minutes away that was open but only if we paid $850 more. No humans to talk to with any ability to do anything other then answer the phone. Do not rely on Avis. Use the company that delivers to you. Never again.

      My name is Darely *********** and my reservation was under ******* ***********. I prepaid my car to pick up at Atlanta Hartsfield airport. It's 2:20am and my husband and I have been waiting in line for over two hours. I am a member of Avis Preferred which should allow to chose a car and drive away since I prepaid my car two days ago. There is only one employee working with a line of over 40 people waiting. The preferred Avis stand is closed and their phone lines are closed. There over over 10 cubicles that should be filled with employees and there is only one person working. How is this even allowed? Who is running this center? I am stuck here and I cannot even get a car at this from any other rent a car center because they are sold out and I prepaid with my credit card $471. I want a response from a supervisor. What is going on here

      Avis apparently relies too heavily on their faulty technology. I was charged almost $200 for gas when the car was indeed returned with a full tank. This was all due to their tracker or app or whatever that had not communicated/ updated to the full tank. It's also interesting because I did not check the vehicle in through the app. There was an actual human person who got in the car and looked at gauges. Avis should not be charging for gas until they have to physically take the car and put the gas in it. I have called and sent several emails with bank statements and still no refund. I will never use Avis again which is a bummer because we have always chosen Avis for our cars. There should be a MUCH quicker way to resolve this.

      This company is horrible. The staffs are horrible. The Customer Service Rep was not very helpful. On 4/23/22, I picked up my rental car from Avis in San Francisco airport with a full tank of gas. On 4/27/22, I returned my rental car to Avis in the same location with an almost full tank of gas. However, the Gas Service Option was wrongfully charged when I returned the rental. I should not be billed for a full tank of gas when I returned the rental vehicle. I should only be billed for the portion I used for fuel as read in the gas meter. The attendant did not even bother to look a the gas meter to see where the fuel reading was at when she checked me in. Yet, she charged me a full tank of gas without asking any questions. This is wrong. I filled up a full tank the day before 4/26/22 then used some to drive around town. When I returned the vehicle, I should only be billed for the fuel amount I used, not a whole tank. In my previous rentals, I was never charged a full tank of gas when I returned the vehicles. Avis, you can reference my past rentals. I need Avis to adjust the billing. I need Avis to refund me the whole amount $98.57 that they incorrectly charged and only bill me the fuel portion I used. The initial Gas Service Option charge was $78.27 plus tax and fee.

      We had a terrible experience with Budget Car Rental at the Savannah Airport location. I am pregnant and was traveling with 3 children under 5 and we waited 2hrs and 45 mins for our pre-reserved car. The children were crying and melting down because they needed lunch and naps. The car was not clean and the desk agent refused to offer us any type of discount for the hassle. Customer Service was unreachable by phone and we kept getting passed around to different people, but no one could help us. This was my first and will absolutely be the last time using Budget Car Rental.
