Was told no wait upon getting there shortly after the call it was 1-3 hours i spent 80~$+ on my drivers license and still haven't received it ******************************************** management the phones are never on and all calls are blocked major scam waste of gas and will not return; how is this a government facility? Tried my call 20 times across multiple hours. Hoping they get audited or investigated sadly this isnt the first time i never received a drivers license i paid for with these facilities and its not fair to have to pay twice againReview from Heidi L

WORST service imaginable. I needed to change both my name and address on my license. I did NOT ask for a Real ID because I have a passport. The supervisor, whom I will refer to as Karenzilla, has a terrible attitude and should consider retiring or finding a different job. She straight up asked me how many times I've been married, why I got divorced, and why I'm just now changing my last name. Karenzilla, you can go kick rocks. I feel bad for the people who work with you. I hope you get fired. ?? So, I went by the Eastside Agency (great service despite being busy and the people who work there are really nice) where they confirmed that I have the correct documents for a regular driver's license change. I think Karenzilla was trying to force me into paying for a Real ID because they are more expensive for us and therefore the agency makes more money. Don't be like Karenzilla, guys. Life is much more pleasant when you treat other people well. Don't spend your hard earned money at this location when there are better, less stressful options.
