    Not good company , came to my door when my husband and I lost a friend who was also renting an apartment. ****, said I entered the unit before they secured the apartment 5 days later. They are slum lords and are unprossional.

    Hello,

    We have in an email from you stating you entered the deceased Tenants apartment. You were not on the lease so therefore you were tresspassing into someone elses property wether a friend or not. We secured the home once we were able to speak with the next of kin after being notified of the death per our legal obligation.

    Scum, dishonest company. Apartments are infested with mold. They will add charges on move in and move out. Ridiculous fees and they steal your deposit

    As a tenant/renter the deposits are outrageous. In a nutshell, trying to resolve ANY issue with them being is a challenge. After calling about a dozen times to the preferred extension, I just dialed any extension and had to leave messages because no one answered and that has been the issues ALL THE WAY TO THE END! We gave adequate amount of time for our move out. We asked for the move out checklist, because we care and we checked almost everything off. Ok, we don't mind some of our deposit being used to mow the lawn, pull weeds, fine - it was raining and we didn't want to do it, and some minor things BUT they charged us for minor and major "repairs", even things that were there before us!!! We couldn't make it to the walk through, and when we asked for the report after the walkthrough they told us basically, you were welcome to join the walkthrough - what kind of answer is that? They knew we moved out of the area. We were not about to drive 4 hours & take time off work. That is ridiculous. That is why we took our time and worked our butts off before we left the home. Now it has been a fight getting any answers back from them. We would like how much of our THOUSANDS of dollars were used to take care of someone else's home (like normal wear and tear stuff, fencing, decking)? Which shouldn't be EVEN close to our responsibility, when can we expect our refund, did they get our new mailing address, just some basic customer service. If you are looking to use them and actually care about your tenants (which the owner did, we are actually friends, kind of an awkward situation) I WOULDN'T USE them. They are rude, perhaps stressed and overworked. But no excuse for the POOR customer service. After reading some reviews below - some are lame excuses on behalf of Watson Management and 100% back the reviews pertaining to them. Our issues are still unresolved - going on 4 weeks since we moved out. We are 100% ok with paying things we did, but our list of fixes were not all ours.

    Well I find out they over charged me on rent by $19 for 8 months just signed a year lease flowen month get a notification that I got 90days to move because they have to remodel and tare down uint but they have it for available on the 10 04/2022 that 4days after I have to be out

    Watson management service is garbage they took my deposit of *****. They charge me ****** for pin hole they fill in one room. They Will cheat u out of ur security deposit.
