Do not use this dental provider. If OHP (******) or any other public healthcare is your only source the source of payment, identify a private dentist practice that excepts public funding. My experience included a 16 month implant ordeal. The money I paid for the service was returned to me. The quality of work is subpar. Do not use this company.

Absolute WORST!!!! If you have any other options, and I mean ANY other options you should explore those options first. The receptionist on the phone is outride rude and has no business in customer service whatsoever!I called to make an appointment for my partner as I help to manage his healthcare. This is not an unusual situation. I know of several people that have one person in the household in charge of managing appointments, paperwork etc. So I was completely shocked when I called and said I needed to make an appointment for my partner and I was asked (and in a really bitchy tone I might add), "Why isn't he calling?" When I asked her what she meant by that, and why she was asking, she replied in an equally bitchy tone, "well I'm just wondering why you are calling and he's not calling to make an appointment for himself?" What business is that of yours?!?!?The one time he actually went into the office with a dental emergency they were so incredibly rude and basically refused to help. He was/is having severe issues with several teeth. They refused to even look inside his mouth without him picking one, just ONE tooth to look at. But it's multiple teeth. And they are all connected. So how about looking inside the mouth to see what you can see and then decide a course of action from there. How is someone supposed to pick between several teeth that are in pain, loose and falling out?!?! The answer is you don't. Your DENTIST looks at them and decides what is most pressing and makes suggestions and plans for how to address the situation. What a joke of an establishment! This place should be investigated and likely closed down from the obvious lack of care and help providing the basic services of a dentist! Sending people away when they are in desperate need of help. They should be ashamed of themselves.I truly hope that if you are reading this you find anywhere else to go to get your dental care done. These people are dangerous.

Hire someone who will actually answer the phone and/or return calls! My mom is 84, and has dementia. I can't bring her into an office 45 minutes away to make an appointment when I can't get someone to pick up a phone! We've been waiting for 2 months to get a phone call about a referral for an extraction, and still nothing. Meanwhile, she's in a bit of pain, and can't understand why she can't get the problem solved! Seems to be borderline elder abuse to me...this should be a half star for unprofessional office staff!

Update: Front desk person said they are too busy to answer every call. STOP TAKING NEW PATIENTS THEN!!! You just lost a patient. I will be reporting you to the ************ Dental Board and I suggest others do the same. This place NEVER answers their phone. I have been in agony for weeks after a dentist here tried to do a filling. Five calls in the last five days and not once have they answered the phone. If you have so many patients that you can't bother to answer the phone, it's not ethical for you to continue to take on new patients. And I see from other complaints that this has been the way you operate for a very long time and are refusing to do anything about it.

I have had various issues with this business. The most recent issue was the cancellation of a routine cleaning appointment. They called me the day before the appointment (that I had made 6 months prior for my son) and cancelled it over voicemail due to his insurance being cancelled. They didn't ask for a call back to see if possibly his insurance changed, which it did, they just cancelled the appointment. I called back within 15 minutes of receiving the cancellation voicemail to tell them that he did in fact have valid insurance, it was just different than what they had on file, and that I would like to keep the appointment due to the fact that I had already taken the time off of work and let the school know I would be picking him up early. I waited on hold for nearly 10 minutes and when they finally answered, I explained that his insurance had changed, but it was valid. I provided the new information and they said they would need to validate it and call me back. I received a call back within 30 minutes and they confirmed the insurance was valid but unfortunately, they had already "broken" the appointment and would need to reschedule. They had no valid reason to cancel my appointment and cause such a huge inconvenience to me and my son. The soonest appointment they had available was 3+months out. Ridiculous that my son has to wait that long for a mistake they made. This is not the first scheduling snafu I have had with this company. They previously have cancelled my cleaning appointments 3 TIMES IN A ROW with each appointment being 6 months out. I wasn't able to get into the dentist for a routine cleaning for over 2 years due to their "staffing issues". They would book the appointment for me but a few days before would call and cancel due to some staffing issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. Be cautious if ever booking an appointment with this business. They will give you the run around and you could be waiting years to actually get the service requested.

Insurance maxed, $1000 financed, and $500 bill from them and I STILL have the cavities I originally went in for. They maxed me out because according to them I needed the assumed periodontal issues taken care of first. So a deep cleaning and I'm unable to afford to get anything else done, except I have debt. This place is a joke. This is what happens when corporations take over what used to be a small private practice.

Avoid this place like the plague. My wife has been waiting months to get into any dentist. She painstakingly filled out an acre of paperwork, had scheduled an appointment over a month in advance, and when we arrived the receptionist just said "your doctor isn't here".He wasn't in this office, just a temp who didn't take any private insurance. No calls from them, no notices, they knew exactly what insurance my wife had for weeks and they expected it to be completely fine for us to either reschedule or pay full price.

I just waited months for an appointment .I got a voice mail today saying my appointment was going to have to be rescheduled because they dont have a dentist .They want me to reschedule or call another office to get an appointment. My wife has been trying to get her dentures finished and now has an abscess and a broken anchor tooth. Its been almost three years since this process started.I have left messages on their chat but no response .This is springfield office.I called ****** and they put me on a cancellation list.If I want an appointment I have to call to get us appointed to a different office.Probably because we are on ohp.

It took over 1 1/2 years to get dentures that are so big I cant even close my mouth. During this time my insurance was billed for consultations I never received. On top of all this I have not been able to eat normally during this entire time. Advantage Dental actually charged me an additional $2548.00 for the abutments for my implants. The dentist ordered three incorrect sizes. Had the dentures been wearable they would not have fit. I asked about adjustments and why the implants didnt work as designed. I tried to schedule an appointment. No luck. I went to a denturist I trust. He was not even able to make a mold because the abutments are so big and miss sized that he couldnt even start to help. I cried and called AD and the office mgr was beyond rude and denied my request to release my dental records. To sum up: I spent over $3500 out of pocket my insurance billed over $7500. I still do not have any satisfaction, teeth and cant eat regular food. I have been denied repairs and new dentures. I am out of money and cannot get the horrible work fixed. I have no where to turn and not able to even get a reply from anyone. Advantage Dental used my life savings and my one time denture benefits. I dont know where to turn for help. I just want to have teeth that I can wear and eat. After 2 years I have stomach issues and image issues and cry every time I try to leave the house. Do not go to Advantage Dental they will ruin your mouth and your life.
