1 starI took my car in for the tires to be balanced just to end up showing up and then telling me they hadnt done anything to it and then I told them a 2nd time that my tires needed to be balanced so they took my keys for a 2nd time just for them to rotate the front tire to the back I watched them the whole time and I didnt see them balance a single wheel and on top of that the guy at the front was being very rude but when another customer came I changed his tone of voice and attitude worst experience everReview fromIzabela C

1 starI am a 26 year old female who was taken advantage of at Les Schwab. I initially went into Les Schwab because the low tire pressure icon showed up as I was leaving work. I went in and they quickly put air into my tires, but they did notice that I had some glass in my tires and offered to take it out and patch it up. I allowed them to do this and I waited inside for about 30 minutes. Then they come out and tell me that they are working on it it still, but they recommend I get my tires siped. I had no idea what getting my tires siped meant and they didnt fully explain to me what it was, they just made it sound that it was important I get them siped and that it will help me in the long run. As soon as I agreed I instantly felt that it was the wrong thing to do. Keep in mind, my car is a 2023 ********** Eclipse Cross, so it is fairly new and in great condition. As soon as they were done they told me that they got rid of the glass and siped my tires. I asked them one last time if the traction was bad on my tires and they told me that my tires were in great condition. I paid for the service but I left very frustrated that they sold me an unnecessary service when they knew from the beginning that my tires were in great condition. I left feeling taken advantage of and with unnecessary scratches in my tire. Shame on Les Schewab and other mechanics who take advantage of others, especially the ones who have minimal knowledge about cars.Review fromRick M

1 starI was employed there. You rarely got to leave when you were scheduled and took advantage of you. Pay was not great at all for what you had to put up with. You could start out paid better going to **********. They took advantage of customers a few times that I remember selling them something they didn't need when they could of done the right and fixed it for cheaper. Money hungry. 5 starsI went to the les scwabb in central everett *** In hopes of a more reasonable estimate that my ****** dealership gave me for control arm bushing (over *******. The dealership told me they were splitting/lifting.When K..t at les schwabb looked at them and said they were just fine and I had alot of life left in them! I have always trusted the employees at les schwabb. Most of them I have been to the employees are honest and helpful and polite. I will stay far from the ****** dealership! 1 starHighway Robbery - over inflated pricing We took the wifes car into Les Schwab to have the winter tires installed. After a couple of days, the tire inflator light come on and I took the car in to get it fixed. ***** B is one of the worker bees there and gave me an estimate, last 3 times it cost no more than $23 to have one replaced. He wanted to make a huge commission off of me and the wife by charging $412.91 for all 4 sensors. Had to change out all 4 sensors and I mentioned to him that it only cost me less than $25 last time, his excuse was that he had to ask the manager if it was ok to change out only one sensor. I grabbed the quote and ran out of there (I'm 71 so no running, rushed out). $86.99 for each sensor $347.96, $24.99 to reset the tire Monitoring System and $9.99 per tire total $39.96 to dismount and remount the tires, all total $412.91.Review fromAndrew B

Took my car in for an alignment at ****** store in **** - got told couldnt do and said that that my tie rods were going to- I had them replaced by Schwab late last year. And then came back saying they could not do the full alignment as needed new rack and pinion - Struts and CV Axle on the drivers side. Wanting to charge nearly about 3800 for all to be done with parts and labor. Luckily my partners dad is knowledgeable worked on a lot of cars, and didnt notice any issues with the above parts however the boots covering the struts looked like had been sliced as there was a clear cut and not a normal wear and tear from the strut coversLes Schwab Tire Center

We regret that Mr. ********* had a negative experience with *************************************. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
According *********************** records, Mr. ********* brought his 2009 Acura MDX to the tire center on January 30, 2025 and requested an alignment. The technician inspected the front end components and found the rack and pinion had excessive play. When replacing a rack and pinion, it comes with new inner tie rod ends. The inner and outer tie rod ends had been replaced on May 18, 2024 so the store prepared two quotes for a replacement rack and pinion, both showed a credit for the inner tie rod ends that were replaced the year before. One quote included a new rack and pinion, the other quote was for a remanufactured rack and pinion.
******, the store manager, is happy to verify any recommendations that were made during Mr. ********** recent visit. We would be happy to visually show the customer the parts and why they are recommended to be replaced. Beware… I was told that my car was done. I left drove up the street and knew something was wrong with my car. It was wobbling shaking violently. I was very scared and unsure if I would make it back to the shop. I returned back didn't even drive all the way in there was grinding noises, the technician Rosy R came out, and I told her something was wrong. It felt like my tire was gonna come off of my car. I went and look sure enough my car was missing multiple lug nuts. The tire was not on my car all the way secure the lug nuts that were there were not tightened. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t touch that tire, which is an absolute lie someone at that shop did. I didn't go up the street and take them off that's for sure. They at the very least were supposed to rotate them. I bought 3 new tires spent close to a thousand dollars. She then looked and by her face I knew something was wrong she attempted just to tighten the lug nuts. I then requested a supervisor which is when Andy (Andrew) came out I was visibly upset and shaken he proceeded to tell me that nobody was perfect. He didn’t seem too concerned about my safety. Neither did she. This could’ve been very catastrophic and detrimental. I told him this was negligent. He then told me no it wasn't because it wasn't intentional. The actual definition of negligence is unintentional carelessness. He asked me what I wanted the resolution to be, which was very strange to me to come up with my own resolution I mean how do you fix a significant issue like that. It was pure negligence and is totally unacceptable. I could have been gravely injured or my car could have been severely damaged. Andy seems more interested in defending the tech he said more than once in the year and half that they both worked at this particular location that this has never happened. His solution was to refund the shop fees which came out to around 90$ at this point I just needed to get out of there.Les Schwab Tire Center

We regret that Ms. *** had a negative experience with the Sanger, California Les Schwab tire center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
According to *********************** records, Ms. *** brought her 2020 ***** Civic (vehicle) to the tire center and had 3 tires replaced. After leaving the tire center, Ms. *** returned with the right rear wheel loose. The technician took all the wheels off to inspect and found all lug studs, wheels and wheel hubs had no damage, the only damage was to 4 lug nuts on the right rear. They replaced the 4 lug nuts and refunded Ms. *** for the service charges.
Although we disagree with the allegations in the customers report, we would like to assure Ms. *** Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best products and customer service possible.P. R.

**************** is a joke. Been a customer for 20 years, and in the past when they made mistakes they were quick to fix and make it right. They forgot to tighten down the bolts on my jeep lift and the shock fell off, put the wrong brakes on my ****** took 3 times to fix, and the latest is they wont warranty a tire that keeps going bald. They cant figure out why it did, pretty much put the blame on me. When I told the tech that I get the tires rotated, when we do an oil change, he didnt believe me and wanted proof. We regret that *** ******** had a negative experience with *******************************************. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
According to *********************** records, *** ******** brought his 2021 GMC Yukon (vehicle) to the tire center on January 20, 2023 and purchased four new tires. The tire center technicians installed the tires and set the alignment within manufacturer specifications.
On December 21, 2023, *** ******** went to the tire center as the right front tire had outer shoulder wear into the cords of the tire. The tire center warrantied out the two front tires and noted on the invoice and with the customer Made minor adjustments to front toe, but angles were not out enough to cause the wear that happened. Recommend customer take vehicle to dealership this time to have front air suspension inspected to see if that is the cause of concern because the standard alignment angles
should not be causing the significant edge wear that keeps happening.
On October 5, 2024, *** ******** revisited the tire center for a flat repair. The tire center technicians replaced the right rear tire, free of charge pursuant to the warranty, and noted on the invoice and with the customer tires still have edge wear,
advised customer to go to dealership to inspect shocks and inspect front end parts // advised customer if issue continues we will not warranty tires.
On January 31, 2025, *** ******** went to the tire center for a complementary tire inspection and was informed, and noted on the invoice, explained to customer tire was not covered under warranty due to something wrong on right front advised customer last time to take to dealership but did not and rf tire is cords on outer edge.
Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with his allegations we would like to assure *** ******** that we are committed to providing the best products and customer service possible.Review fromL. G.

My mom purchased 4 tires Matrix tires for over ******* went 50 Miles and 2 of the 4 tires blew, this was on her 5th wheel so the driver bought 2 more tires to get her on the road got an additional ****** ,we have been struggling since October 17 to get this resolved no help anywhere, no compensation no results just the run around. They closed her file sent us to ******** no help there either I guess contacting an attorney might be the next step .Les Schwab Tire Center

Never buy tires from Les Schwab, the DO NOT stand behind there tires, these tires went 50 miles and blew! Cost a fortune and 2 completely blew up! They denied the claim, they didnt put the tires on that were sold one is a Matrix and 3 were ********* the matrix dealer said the tire date is from 2004 so they sold her an expired tire I think that should be illegal taking advantage of of seniors!!!
