We've used Central Air twice this year and the service, from the office to our on site technician, was exceptional both times. Our first appointment was during this summer's major heat wave. We called the office on a Saturday and effortlessly got scheduled for an AC maintenance service, and diagnostic on our condensate pump. The maintenance service was detailed and thorough and ***** diagnosed the problem with our pump, gave me reasonable options for repair or replacement, and got the pump replaced for a fair price.Our second appointment was for our fall furnace maintenance. ***** was again our tech, and he performed our service with the same detail and care as the first time. Our house is new to us so we had a few questions about our system. ***** was patient and thorough in answering all of them.These guys are a 1st class outfit. Central Air did wonderful professional, timely, friendly, courteous service. ******************************* did the service very competently and was so nice, friendly and competent. He advised some further repairs which we will be doing, hope that he is the serviceman as he did such a good job.
