I have had the terrible misfortune of encountering this firm in two housing situations. They are hideously, corrupt and blatantly so. They have no compunction about attacking individuals they represent, and they lie with the greatest ease I have ever experienced from any business ever. These people tried to take my home over a $276 gym membership that I didnt know I was supposed to pay. Five months later they claimed the bill was $3700 and they had done so many actions to contact me. They even said they called me and yet my phone number had changed ******************************************************************** question. When I pointed out that my phone number had been changed, she tried to increase the amount of the bill, although I disputed line items on the ledger, all the line items on the ledger! They had already secretly obtained a lien against my home (five months after I bought it) and were trying to foreclose on my house over it. They also told me that every day I didnt pay they were adding hundreds of dollars to the balance. That was ***** who has been mentioned many other times. These people will do anything to go after the homeowners they represent. They are greedy, unscrupulous, unregulated, and they know it.Any ************** firm that sings this companys praises, will treat you like dirt and still take your money. I cannot believe this firm is operating. They prey on their customers and seek to foreclose on homeowners for their benefit. I have no doubt they altered the results of our board vote, and they have absolutely guided our community management firm in hideous actions reducing values and the security of our housing.It would be terrific if someone at the state of ****** examined the firms practices and shut them down.
