1 starBEWARE!!! My 90 year old Dad went in to The Good Feet Store for a pair of athletic shoes. That is all he wanted. They pushed him into buying $1484.16 worth of merchandise that he did not want. This amount was beyond his limit on his Debit card and they were also ok with him going to an ATM machine to pull out more money in cash just so he could come up with all of the money to buy everything that they said he needed! It's VERY SAD when when someone takes advantage of an old person!!Review fromJM J

I learned, one year after making a hefty insert and shoe purchase, that the inserts are expected to last 20 years. Any damaged, problematic, or out-grown inserts must be returned in order to receive a new pair. This was not stressed to me when I made the purchase. I thought for those prices, getting new inserts would not be difficult. My main purchase was for a young child that constantly changes shoes for various reasons. I do not have the inserts to return or any recourse. Im middle aged. If I am to keep my inserts 20 years, I may get an additional 2 pair in my lifetime ( not worth it) Buyer beware. Avoid the costly mistake I made and keep up with the inserts. The Good Feet Store

I also purchased arch supports For ~$500 from the Birkdale Good Feet Store on 12/19/2024. I wore them for several hours. The next morning when I put my shoes on they severely hurt my feet. I went back to the store on 12/20 before the end of 24 hours and wanted to simply return the supports for a refund. I was told because they were "medical equipment" they could not be returned but could only be exchanged. This may have been stated during the 30 minute plus explanation. The only "policy" stated at the bottom of my receipt in small print is as follows "We ensure success with your arch supports by offering exchanges if needed..." Nothing is stated specifically that once you walk out the door, refunds are not allowed. This should be in bold, stated multiple times, and not left to the consumer being surprised and losing a large sum of money. Additionally, the supports are simply molded plastic, not prescribed, not sold to you by someone with medical training or licensure. In my opinion this practice is deceptive. I will never recommend The Good Feet Store. The Good Feet Store

I called, received a message service, left a message, no one returned my call. It appears that Good Feet does not want to resolve the issue.Review fromKelli S

Dont even bother stepping foot in the store. I made the mistake. The salesman told me that if I didnt like it or something was wrong to come back in and he would either refund me or make it something else work. So I came in today after buying their $1700 arch supports on December 2. And I was told they do not offer this. They do not offer a refund. They just tried to give you better fitting arch supports, which are made out of plastic. You could probably make them from a 3-D printer. The sales manager was rude. She was not willing to work with anybody. I feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with them now I have to deal with my bank and now I have to get a new debit card as well because they will not refund my money. The Good Feet Store

We have an Exchange Policy as noted on the receipt, not a Refund Policy. Our Specialists are trained to review the exchange policy when asked.
Store Policy: We ensure success with your arch supports by offering exchanges if needed, as determined by your specialist. Shoes and cushions only eligible for exchange or credit if unworn. As offered in the previous communication, we would love to schedule a time for a refit to achieve the original goal that brought you into the store.Review fromCharles D

The good feet store is running a scam on people that are desperate to walk normal again. If you are reading this, please go to a podiatrist stay away from the good feed store. They will give you a $1600 bill with no return policy. The Good Feet Store

The Good Feet Store employees are not medical professionals. We encourage all customers to consult with a medical professional for advice on the treatment of a specific condition or need. After consulting your doctor, we are happy to help fit you into arch supports. We offer one-on-one service, a lifetime limited warranty, and try-before-you-buy policy.Review fromKevin M

1 starI purchased an arch support from this store for over $500 last night. The inly time it was used was in the store to test then I took them off in the car because I immediately had buyers remorse for buying something so expensive. I called and asked them if I could return and they told me they do not accept returns even though it is this is not stated on their receipts. They only care about the sale and lack in customer satisfaction.Review fromHope S

1 starMy wife pressured me to pay over $1600 at The Good Feet Store, which was her idea to visit. I wanted to walk away because the price was so outrageous. You deal with a salesperson, not a doctor of any kind.
