Made a purchase on 6/13/24 a ***** hrv that was listed as runs and drives and damage was only wear and tear. Car delivery was attempted on 6/17/2024, but the vehicle could not be pulled off tow truck due to damages on vehicle (flat left rear tire, and car doesnt move at all due to transmission).Car was taken back to auction location, and never left in my possession. Car has been in possession of autobid master and copart facility. I am unable to contact copart about vehicle because autobid master is the purchaser listed in contract. Autobid attempted to reach out to copart about the vehicles state, and it being incongruent with the listing, but contacted me saying copart wasnt amenable. I need a refund for the ****** wire transfer from my bank to autobid which was received on 6/13/2024.The vehicle is not in my possession and has not been in my possession, but also there was a break in to the copart facility between when vehicle was listed and when delivery was attempted on 6/17. Autobid masters solution has been to offer to auction the vehicle for me (a vehicle Ive never been inside of or had in my possession) for an auction listing fee. I cant accept this, as I dont trust the company to handle basic functions and I cant accept liability for a vehicle Ive never had in my possession. When I attempted to resolve this issue I heard from the customer support that they delivered vehicles that were missing engines. This company is operating by attempting to force 100% of risk with handling a product onto their customers, but I am not their customer. Im someone who sent them $****** and received nothing in return, and they now want me to send MORE money to correct the issue of receiving nothing for that much money.Business Response

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Ms.Scotts complaint.
It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We work with a membership-based online auto auction marketplace. Dealers affiliated with our marketing platform sell vehicles from auctions to members. The process is fully explained on our site: www.AutoBidMaster.com, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, covering the transactions. ************** agreed to our terms and conditions on June 7, 2024 (the Agreement).
All purchases made through our services are as is, where is and with all faults. No representations are made regarding the condition of any vehicle. All sales are final.
The auction date of Ms. ****** purchase was June 11, 2024. ************** singed the Purchase Agreement via DocuSign on June 14, 2024. The signed Purchase Agreement reiterates that all sales are as is, where is, and with all faults, that no representations are made, and all sales are final.
The vehicle left the auction yard on June 17, 2024. ************** abandoned the vehicle after it was removed from the auction yard. The third party transport company took the abandoned vehicle to a Copart auction lot.
Ms. ****** election to abandon the vehicle does not remove her obligations towards the vehicle, as provided in the Agreement. Specifically, Section 8.3 provides that ************** is liable to us for such breaches that relate to her abandonment, including but not limited to her:
failure or refusal to notify the ********************* of any problem with or condition of any vehicle before it is removed from the Copart facility (or other location where vehicle is awaiting pickup)....
failure or refusal to arrange proper and timely removal of any vehicle from the applicable Copart facility (or other location where vehicle is awaiting pickup)within the time period specified....
Our Dealers declaration that any vehicle is abandoned due to your failure or refusal to remove the vehicle from the applicable Copart facility (or other location where vehicle is awaiting pickup) within the time specified....
Our Dealers sale or other disposition of any abandoned vehicle...
Your vehicle after it is removed from the applicable Copart facility (or other location where vehicle is awaiting pickup)....
As Ms. ****** vehicle was removed from the lot by her transportation provider, she has accepted possession, and such possession is not negated by her abandonment of the vehicle. Rather, when a vehicle is abandoned, the Agreement controls and as provided in the Agreement, a notice of abandonment was issued to **************.
We are sorry that ************** is unhappy but based on the Agreement between the parties and the signed Purchase Agreement, she is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.
Sincerely,
*****************************

I am rejecting this response because:The car does not run and drive, contrary to the certified report provided by Autobid Master.
Delivery does not include offloading, (as screenshotted), and I was unable to push this vehicle off the tow truck (it was supposed to be run and drive verified, so I did not expect to need to push it).
At the bottom of the webpage Autobid Master states that they are the seller, not Copart. I am unable to interact with Copart directly because the sale is in Autibid Masters name.

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ****** rejection of our response to her complaint.
As we previously stated, ************** purchased the vehicle from AutoBidMaster under the terms and conditions she agreed to on June 7, 2024 (the Agreement). Weve never suggested that ************* purchased the car from Copart or that she contact Copart.
AutoBidMaster does not provide certified reports as claimed by **************. We do provide access on our site for other companies who provide reports about a vehicle based on the *** history of the vehicle. Note that these reports are not provided by AutoBidMaster, and we do not provide or verify the information provided in third party reports. We are not responsible for the content of third-party reports.
AutoBidMaster does not deliver vehicles. If ************** has an issue with the delivery of her vehicle, then she needs to address it with the company who delivered her vehicle. Under her agreement with the shipping broker, which can be paid for via a members AutoBidMaster account but which is not AutoBidMaster, she agreed that offloading was her responsibility.
We are sorry that ************** is unhappy with her vehicle but based on the issues herein, she is complaining about issues which are not related to AutoBidMaster.
As we previously stated, all purchases made through our services are as is, where is and with all faults. No representations are made regarding the condition of any vehicle. All sales are final. ************** agreed to these terms both when she became a member and again, when she signed the Purchase Agreement Documents.
Based on the Agreement between the parties and the signed Purchase Agreement, she is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

On 06/25/2024 I paid a total of $912.00 to cancel an auction I won due to being unable to afford the roughly $1,900 charges and fees added to the winning auction amount of $4,450.00 on the invoice. I am currently serving in the Army and live at home and explained this to a person over the phone and that I do not agree to pay additional auction fees that the website is not upfront about and by cancelling a purchase with the website I am given no choice but to agree to their addition charges and if I don't cancel the disclaimer mentions being charged "storage fees" until I either complete the purchase or cancel promptly. Despite the $600.00 security deposit and $199.00 membership they are not upfront about their additional fees until after you win an auction and discover the three or four additional charges that are added after the fact. Despite charging my debit card I do not willfully agree to the charges and I told a representative that I am not going to pay or agree to it regardless if they charge my card and I was threatend collections afterwards if I don't but I cancelled my debit card anyways because I no longer want to be associated with this website and want my money back and I suggest to anyone else considering using this website to look elsewhere. I feel as though I have been "bait and switched," mislead, and scammed out of my money using their service. They really don't consider your living situation or what you do they want your credit/debit card number so they can keep charging it and place an "authorization hold" to tie up your money as well. I sure hope disputing these transactions with autobid master is sucessful and I'm at least thankful my bank is so cooperative. This website is by definition, deceptive.Business Response

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr.Sandlers complaint.
It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We work with membership-based online auto auction marketplace. ****************** agreed to our terms and conditions November 5, 2019, when he originally became a member of our services, again on March 21,2020, and again on June 17, 2024 (the Agreement).
In each version of our terms that ****************** agreed to, he agreed that he was responsible for the final bid amount as well as all auction fees. The Rules and Policies Section of the Agreement provides the amount of each fee. In addition, on each vehicle listing page, right below the bid button, is a Final me calculator so that each member can calculate how much their total out of pocket will be with the bid and fee amounts.
Further, before any member makes their first purchase, we provide a reminder of key points of the Agreement. One of the key points provided to all members in that splash screen is the fact that auction and sales fees are in addition to the bid amount.
We are not responsible if ****************** choose to disregard terms that he repeatedly agreed to, and the reminder of those terms, which was presented to him immediately before he made his first bid.
As is provided in the Agreement, if a member does not complete their purchase, the vehicle will be relisted, and the member charged the Relist Fees as provided in the Agreement. ***************** did not pay for his purchase and the vehicle was relisted and he was charged the Relist Fees as provided in the Agreement.
We are sorry that ****************** is unhappy, but based on the Agreement between the parties, he is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

I decided to use ****** to ship my car, and they subcontracted the job to EasyHaul. I placed my order with them on 6/12. I was charged a staggering $1,763, with the promise that my car would be picked up in a timely manner. I placed the order nine days ago, and the car was supposed to be picked up today.Just this morning, I was informed that the car was reassigned to one driver, and then another, causing immense confusion and frustration. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to meet their deadline, but their constant shuffling of responsibilities between drivers shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. If they couldn't handle the job, they should have been upfront about it instead of stringing me along for over a week. While the customer service representatives were polite, their efforts were overshadowed by the overall poor handling of my shipment. I hope ****** and EasyHaul can improve their coordination and transparency in the future. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services at this time.Business Response

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address ******************** request for a refund.
****************** placed a deposit with us on May 17, 2024. Deposits placed with us are run through credit cards as a card authorization. This is not an actual payment but a holdplaced against a credit card for a specific amount. This is similar to when someone checks into a hotel and a credit card authorization is run for incidentals.
**************** later said that he did not want to make a purchase with us. We then reversed the authorization on June 1,2024. Weve provided evidence of this reversal to **************** and he has included it in this request. Per his own document, we have reversed the authorization and cancelled the payment as of June 1, 2024.
We never had any funds from ****************** and we still do not have any funds from ******************. If there are funds that ****************** believes are missing from his bank account, that is a matter between him and his bank or credit card company.
There are no further amounts due to ******************.

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to provide information about Mr. ******* complaint regarding the delivery of his vehicle.
AutoBidMaster, LLC provides a membership services, where members of the public can join our services which allows them to purchase vehicles listed for sale via auto auctions. In order to do business with us, a person must agree to the terms and conditions under which we do business (the Agreement). **************** agreed to the Agreement on February 17, 2024.
**************** purchased shipping brokerage services for vehicles through our recommended shipping provider, EasyHaul.com, LLC. The shipping services are covered through ******************* Services Agreement (***) with EasyHaul.com, LLC. EasyHaul.com, LLC is a Washington based vehicle transportation logistics company.
We have discussed Mr. ******* allegations with EasyHaul.com, LLC (EH). Per the *** between **************** and EH, Section 5.3.1 provides that:
Vehicles may be stored in warehouses prior to shipment. You are responsible for all Storage Fees charged by the warehouse. Storage Fees begin to accrue daily if your vehicles remains in the warehouse more than ***** days, depending on the warehouse and other factors outside of our control. If your vehicle arrives without proper documentation, you may be charged Storage Fees of up to Fifty Dollars ($50) per day, as of the day of arrival at the warehouse. In all cases, you will be charged daily Storage Fees starting no later than the 30th day after your vehicle arrives at the warehouse.
Due to the shipping conditions for *******, the shipment was unable to be completed due to other vehicles not being available to complete the container. As a courtesy, EH shipping the container without waiting for other vehicles to fill the container, although it was not required to do so.
As shipping vehicle internationally means that the vehicles pass through many hands and there may be additional charges which are outside of the control of EH, these fees and possibilities are detailed in the *** between *************** and EH.
We are sorry **************** is unhappy with the terms of the shipping brokerage but based on the terms of both the Agreement with AutoBidMaster and the ******** Services Agreement with EasyHaul.com, LLC, no amount is due to ***************.
Sincerely,

The company charges one price for shipping but then low ball the drivers and keep the additional money from the shipping fee. While low balling drivers they constantly charge you storage fees after they have already charged ridiculous amounts in fees for purchasing the vehicle. They are corporate scammers. Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to correct the facts regarding Ms. ******* complaint regarding the delivery of the vehicle she purchased via AutoBidMaster.
AutoBidMaster is a licensed ************ vehicle dealer. Members who purchase vehicles through our service are referred to a third party to have their vehicles delivered.
**************** used EasyHaul.com, LLC to locate a shipment company for her vehicle. Ms. ******* contract with EasyHaul does not change her prior contract with AutoBidMaster, which requires the vehicles to be picked up in a timely manner. Vehicles not picked up on time, for any reason, incur storage charges. These charges are charged by the auction and a buyers responsibility to pay for storage charges, if they are incurred, is part of the contract between **************** and AutoBidMaster.
Weve reached out to EasyHaul.com who told us that the auction only happened three business prior to the complaint. Per Ms. ******* contract with EasyHaul.com,no guarantee was made regarding when the vehicle would be picked up. Per EasyHaul, vehicles are generally picked up between 2 and 5 days, so this is within the norm.
**************** elected to cancel her shipment via EasyHaul on April 22nd . She was refunded for the shipping. Then she elected to place shipping again with EasyHaul on April 24th. Then she elected to cancel, again, on April 25th and she was again refunded by ******** for her shipping.
Ms. ******* election to place shipping with EasyHaul, cancel shipping, replace shipping and, again, cancel shipping with EasyHaul, does not change her contract with AutoBidMaster. As per her contact with AutoBidMaster, vehicle sales are final, and no refunds are given.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

I was bidding on a car online active auction. Their website increased my bid from $6100 to $15,300 incorrectly. I notified them of the error and they said the system doesn't make errors. Now they are saying I need to pay $18,300 the price of the $15300 bid and auction fees for being the winning bidder. Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns in Ms. ******* concern that the bid that was made on her account was not made by her in that amount.
It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We operate in conjunction with a membership-based online auto auction marketplace that facilitates the purchase of salvaged, damaged, and used vehicles through our affiliated dealer and dismantler network. Our process is fully explained on our site: www.AutoBidMaster.com, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to our Terms and Conditions in order to use our services. **************** agreed to these Terms and Conditions when she became a member on April 16, 2024 (the Agreement).
All sales through our services are on an as is, where is basis and all sales are final. This is provided for in the Agreement and also on every vehicle listing page.
The Terms and Conditions section of the Agreement provides, You are responsible for all bidding and other activity that occurs through your Member Account (whether through our Services, Copart's website, or through kiosks at auction facilities). Section 8.3 of the Agreement provides, You hereby agree that you will be liable to AutoBidMaster for any breach of the Agreement, including but not limited to the items listed below, and you unconditionally release AutoBidMaster and their Dealers from any and all liability whatsoever for any losses or damages (whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, and including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way related to any of the following: Your failure or refusal to strictly comply with our Rules & Policies Any bids, purchases, and or payments made via your Member Account.
Per our records, **************** never made a bid for $6100. Only one bid was made through Ms. ******* account and that bid was for $15,300. We have confirmed the accuracy of our records with those of the auction. Both records show the bid of $15, 300.
All bids, once made, cannot be retracted and all sales are final. Per the terms of the Agreement between the parties, the final bid amount is supplemented by the auction fees, Copart fees, and other fees as outlined in the Agreement. Should these amounts not be timely paid, the vehicle will be relisted, and **************** will be charged the relist amounts as provided in the Agreement.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

On 3/6/2024 I purchased a vehicle with Copart s recommended Broker,AutoBidMaster. On3/13/2024 the car was picked up from sales lot and delivered to me at local place of business just few miles from sales lot . I was completely taken back by the cars actual condition when delivered. The car s state is for worse than its listing disclosed. The pictures that were listed did not show the true condition of the car s damages and hid the true condition of interior as well , nor did the description of car either. The listing at time of sell stated primary damage being normal wear and secondary damages listed as minor scratches and dents. Normal Wear As per AutoBidMaster defines as follows:A vehicle marked normal wear istypically in good condition and has no visible evidence of significant damage. This was not of truth as a correct labeling of car s damage because the car indeed has significant damages that are indeed visible . Not to mention some of its damages are actually Written on the cars window stating Eng/Trans Inop. An inoperable eng &trans. Are significant. Even aside from reading it on windows, damages are visable. On the front windshield of the car is a tag that reads BIO .never in the listing did it state this car as biohazard the car threw 4 pages of error codes , half page is solely engine errors from a diagnostic scan. ******** says the cars damages are concerning and may not even be repairable . He thinks car was even in fire at some point based on appearances of certain parts . Also the car in this state Im told should have salvage title but it doesnt . How ??I have been in contact with AutoBidMaster requesting a full refund due this deceptive form of sell . They refuse . Had the car been been described using accurate terms/labels this car would have never been purchased . I did pay for an inspection to be done prior to buy , paid and scheduled however inspector cancelled on 3/6/24 due to not enough time to complete. Help!!Business Response

Recently I was a victim of theft which included personal items which consisted of not only viable personal information but credit and debit cards with pin and access granted information included. I recently noticed that I had an a few unauthorized transactions, some still pending at Autobidmasters. Upon research I found this to be an online auto auction that I have no knowledge of nor have I authorized any transactions in regards to the depletion of any funds associated with any accounts in connection to me. *** made several attempts to speak with an representative via telephone at the number provided as the contact number for customer service. *** also sent an email in regards to this same inquiry yet to no avail. Im asking that I be assisted in the retrieval of ALL unauthorized funds associated and in connection with Autobidmasters.Business Response

Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns in *************************** complaint that the purchase was made on their account by someone else.
It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. Our process is fully explained on our site: www.AutoBidMaster.com, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to our Terms and Conditions in order to use our services. ************************* agreed to these Terms and Conditions when they became a member on April 19, 2023, and the updated Terms and Conditions covering this transaction on March 7, 2024 (the Agreement).
All sales through our services are on an as is, where is basis and all sales are final. This is provided for in the Agreement and also on every vehicle listing page.
************************* originally contacted our customer service team to ask questions about payment and delivery of the vehicle. Then later claimed the vehicle was not purchased by them.
The Rules and Policies Section of the Agreement provides, You are responsible for all bidding and other activity that occurs through your Member Account (whether through our Services, Copart's website, or through kiosks at auction facilities). I am rejecting this response because:
Like I initially stated I did not authorize this transaction nor were I the one that made calls in regards to anything in reference to this created account on ***********************. Someone contacted auto bid masters in an attempt to cover up this illegitimate transaction.

I am a single mother of two small children. After being without transportation for over a year I decided to look into cheap, reliable cars for my children and I. Thats when I stumbled across AutoBidMaster. I filtered my choices so that I would only see cars that had minimal damage and could fit two car seats. Thats when I found the 2014 **** Focus SE listed. The description stated that the only damage to the car was minor dents/scratches and that the vehicle ran and drove. I ran a car fax to be sure and found nothing alarming. I purchased the car using the Buy Now option for a total of $4639. Which included the cost of the car, fees, membership cost and shipping. The car was delivered the next day and the first thing I noticed was that it would not start up. After receiving a jump from a neighbor the car immediately shut off again. After another jump the car started but would not drive forward or backwards which was something else that the site listed the car as being able to do. After a third jump the car would only drive forward before a message about the transmission appeared on the dash and the car again shut off. I am asking for a full refund. I am out of nearly five thousand dollars and did not receive what was advertised. I have called the company multiple times and have yet to get through to someone.Business Response

We expressly disclaim any representations and or warranties regarding the vehicle. We require that members agree that they understand and agree to such conditions of all purchases, prior to making any purchase.
