  My grandchild has been a victim of her hair being cut, everyone has turned a blind eye to this abuse. Ive complained to state of California licensing who didnt find out thing. The kids nose are always running they literally **** up the snot, pick up your kids and their faces are crusty. Bathroom is horrible. All the money people put into the center is sad. Its like a ghetto trap spot. **** needs to check in a fine them for ALL THEIR LICENSE VIOLATIONS.

  Was randomly charged $441 because of a "miscommunication" when my son switched to a higher age classroom. Took the director several days to get back to me after messaging her multiple times. Once she(********) finally got back to me said she would get it taken care of, i dont hear anything for 2 days. after I see the charge went through to my account i call her, she tells me she is waiting on billing and its not her fault that her center charged me $441 when they shouldn't have charged me at all. Now i have overdraft fees and late fees to bills that i cannot pay because of this and as a single father it has put a lot of strain on me. She offered no actual solution to the problem and told me they should get it back to me next week.

  I would not recommend this place to anyone, whether as an employee or a customer. The work environment is highly unprofessional, with instances of racism that make it incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the facility is unsanitary and unclean, which is completely unacceptable given the nature of the services ******************* seems more interested in playing favorites rather than treating everyone fairly. Theres a blatant disregard for addressing false accusations, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. The favoritism extends to the treatment of children, which is deeply concerning and unfair.Overall, this place needs serious improvements in professionalism, cleanliness, and management practices. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

  Very dissatisfied. They charge you for services you dont receive. If the school is closed for weather or building issues they still charge you. When the school has a planned closure and you do not change your schedule they still charge you. Its not right.

  They are not very good at keeping children safe when it comes to food allergies! My 21 month old ******** has SEVERE dairy and egg allergy, it is why he has an Epi Pen. He ended up in anapyhlaxis from supposedly an unknown allergen. His entire body was swollen and he was almost unrecognizable when in the emergency room. They denied any wrong doing did not give epi pen, did not call ambulance. A few months prior to that, they gave him milk and thought he was okay because he vomited. They followed no protocol and it could have cost him his life! Yes they are aware of his allergies, yet still it happened twice! I am one very angry Grandma!!

  I would not ever recommend anyone to work, or allow there children to attend at this center. They are not sanitary, disrespectful to the children, neglecting them, they will do anything they can to get a child removed from attending or you to work for them. They are ****** priced and dont pay what you deserve especially when working for them.

  Think carefully about signing up - once you do and you wish to stop care they will not charge for actual days you use but some magical days - so say for instance care is $310 a week, it does not equate to $62 a day - oh no they round it up to whatever they want to! If they are closed for any reason, you have to pay full amount, if your child cannot make it due to illness, you still pay, DO NOT send child on field trips - not supervised, staff turnaround is high (think about that!), not regularly cleaned (think p*** smell first thing in the morning), classroom teachers do what they can but they are woefully understaffed. There is bullying amongst the children but they do not tell you as a parent your kid was punched or injured, corporate comes to do a family feedback INFRONT staff - corporate needs to go to a class about how to conduct facility reviews!!!

  Kindercare cross ridge Instead of $55 for the enrolment fee they overcharged me with $145. I paid an extra ***************************************** advance for tuition. Then I realized that the place was a scam and that all the parents were pulling out their kids because of problems with the director stealing their money and a toddler teacher lacking personal hygiene and being negligent with children. So I asked for a refund before the summer camp started, the director promised me a full refund. She canceled the enrollment but I never heard back from her. They charged me a 20 dollars bounced check fee, I called family support and they told me that they were going to refund me only 280 dollars because of the fee and that the 145 were not refundable ,. I explained to them that they overcharged me and that the child never attended plus that the director told me that all was going to be refunded but they never responded nether . They are full of complaints on ****** saying that the place is a scam. The school can hold up to 200 kids and they have 30. The teachers get paid 13 dollars per hours, no holidays or benefits paid for 90 days, the children have no curriculum. This corporate its so outdated. All they do is print paper and kill trees. They need to change or close

  Day one of my child here was appalling! My spouse failed to inform me of the code to get into the building that was unattended by any adult, yet was able to gain access inside from one of the children within after setting the alarm off by entering too many codes and ringing the bell constantly. As I entered the building smelled like nothing but baby f**** I had to venture through this building to find the outside playground and everyone there. Not one adult spoke to me and allowed me to just take my child without hesitation. NOT ONE WORD SPOKEN! This alone for me was scary to experience thinking of the easy compromise/ access to my child and no worries from the workers there not ever seeing or meeting me just taking this child just because she called out to me as I called for her. As for day 2 my child came home praising how she found a tree with red raspberries that taste amazing but are sour and how she ate a lot of them but not the green ones! So. Obviously not being watched and allowed to ingest things from plants and trees are ok with no account to possible allergies. Parents beware!
