  Overcharged for my child continuously getting sick at their establishment. I get help from elc with financial and they have the audacity to charge me more because my son missed more then 13 days? Ridiculous. This needs to be fixed *********************************

  I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT! Ive been an employee for a year at kindercare but before working there my 2 year old was enrolled. At first everything looked great from a parent standpoint. Director seemed super nice etc but thats because as a parent you drop your children off and pick them up you are never actually there to see what goes on. Quickly as an employee I started seeing many alerting things. This scared me. The staff was great! Those over the teachers are the problem. The assistant directors, center directors , district leaders, are the problem and those are the ones who run the centers. Being an employee I seen people in lead roles mistreat children. Ive been told to do things such a leave children in there urine and p*** just for having accidents. They deny children food, and the lunch is always horrible and cooked by whatever teacher is available. Ive reported things to ethics because as a mom it hurts my heart to think this is what my child was going through before I started working here. Because I called Hr I was asked to leave the center by the center director and the district leader. They called the cops on me and made false allegations to fire me because I called HR about everything that was going on. I stepped outside the center and the center director then changed the code to the door and refused to give it to me while my child was still inside. They would make me take 30 min breaks , when breaks are an full hour. leave me alone with 20 children and deny me sick leave , I would be forced to work even with severe sickness. Its so horrible. Beforehand I heard so many bad reviews I just wish I would have listened.

  I really dont think kinder care is a good place for children.. my kids are at the city centre location in Woodbury and we have had so many problems and serious ones and we have had no empathy or sincere apologies from the assistant or new head of director at that location. They left my one year old outside by his self , they have came home with about ***** **** rashes since they have been there , the employees are always on their phone and wonder why my kids faces are never clean or butts . They have no cameras of protection for their staff or the kids there . They dont keep up on incident reports when your kids have bruises or bite marks. I had to keep calling to ask how they have them. We had to transfer them out of that daycare , and hoping we dont ever have to experience anything like this again, especially our kids have to get the consequences of the employees not doing their job properly.The director is super aggressive and doesnt step in classrooms as much when the staff need it and they all look super tired and stressed out. I hope they get the help they need and better staff training so kids dont have to experience this as kids away from their home and parents and have no one to advocate for them.

  We recently relocated and took our son to ***** are in *********. They lost my child on his 1st day at this schoo. How does a 3year old leave the premises unnoticed? They have an unsecured small door at the back that a teacher forgot to lock. They called my husband saying they couldnt find our son. How careless can you be to lose a child on their 1st day? This was his 1st and last day. The teachers are never available to receive parents and you have to wait for more than 10mins for someone to attend to you. This is the worst daycare

  They over billed me and reversed the directors credits when they tried to fix it. They had ongoing staffing issues to the point that we missed multiple days due to classroom closures, the reason we left is because the director was arrested for sexual exploitation of a student. If that is who they are choosing to take care of our children then I don't want any part of it. Kindercare in ******, ** on Oralabor.

  Do not sign up to be on their waitlist. Not worth it. Scams families to paying just to receive no response unless you go out of your way to contact them.

  KinderCare Learning Center ****** ********** Keeps getting away from plenty of major cases Director ************************* and her district manager are very unprofessional Plenty of complaints from parents Plenty visits from the ********** licensing complaints Plenty of employees mistreatment Plenty of unfair termination Plenty of unprofessional Hope we get help and remove or transfer or retrain staff.

  I can not at enough positive things about this daycare. The teachers are very engaging, nurturing and well trained. My daughter has been going there for years and I have never had an issue. I'm very eased with the new director ********. The previous director and assistant director left with hardly any warning and took a lot of the staff with then. Thankfully ******** was able to step in immediately and fix the s*** show she was going left. She has flawlessly taken over the center and gotten new staff as well as teachers. My daughter has truly blossomed here. I believe most of these negative reviews are fake. All teachers have to be up to date on trainings. They also undergo fo ger prints and background checks. To the person that commented about them not being up to date has no idea what she is talking about.

  As a schoolage parent at the **************** facility (been there since Pre K 4s) Terrible place! Pay alot of money and the classrooms constantly are closing down. During covid it was understandable although excessive. But now 3 years later and they close on the drop of a hat. Usually its a lack of twachers but last month it was because the staff was not allowed to be there due to state violations. All but 2 teachers were not up to date on required documents(physicals. Backgrounds and finger prints). This establishment has gone down hill and continues to fail families. We are leaving this place with our son but want to let orher parents to be aware of this place.

  This is for ******** Kindercare on **********************************************************************. They favor protecting their employee for their super rude comment over their tuition paying parents. ***** had the audacity to tell me that I put on ill-fitting clothes on my son over me telling the WHOLE staff to draw his drawstrings. Telling me that a 5 year old needs to learn to ask to draw his drawstrings instead of showing him the path to asking as a teacher. I pay rent-alike payments to this daycare facility for them to favor their teacher over their clients. They singled my son out by having him in the front, away from his friends and playgrounds for me to pick up because ***** feels uncomfortable. This is not okay and were Hispanic and this feels racist. Not okay for them to comfort ***** over **.
