The most disturbing violation occurred when a teacher at this facility took a photograph of my son and sent it to his father a man against whom I have an active legal case, which includes custody and possibly safety-related concerns.Let me be crystal clear: I never gave any teacher at this facility permission to take photos of my son, let alone share them with someone outside the center. Even more shocking the teacher admitted to taking and sending the photo. This was not hearsay. She acknowledged what she did, and despite this, the leadership at the center allowed her to return to the classroom the very next Following this incident, I immediately raised my concerns with the center's director. I expected at the very least, a suspension or investigation into the teachers conduct. The director was nonchalant and disturbingly unconcerned. There was no urgency in her voice. No acknowledgment of the seriousness of what had taken place. She seemed more focused on downplaying the incident than addressing the very real concerns I was raising. When I escalated the matter to the district leader, I was again met with indifference. Not once did they offer a sincere apology. Not once did they assure me that a thorough investigation would take place. Not once did they demonstrate any real concern for the safety of my son or the breach of trust their staff had committed.Let me ask you this: What kind of center allows a teacher who has admitted to taking unauthorized photos of a child and sending them to someone outside the facility to return to her classroom the same hour? I had no choice but to contact the ***************************** (JSO) and file a police report. I am pressing charges against the teacher for violating my childs privacy and placing him at risk. It should not have come to this. A responsible center would have taken this action themselves or at the very least supported me in doing so.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I PURCHASED AN ITEM WITH A $3.99 STICKER ON IT AND WAS CHARGED $6.99. EVEN THOUGH I PROVED AND SHOWED THEM THE PRICE STICKER (THEY PUT ON THERE) THAT SAID $3.99, WITH A STICKER UNDER THAT ONE WITH $4.99 ON IT. THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY "NO, THEY ARE ALL $6.99, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE ORIGINAL FULL PRICE OF $12.99". WHAT A P.O.S. OF A BUSINESS. DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE THEY PRICED IT INCORRECT NOR APOLOGIZED FOR IT. COMPLETE Pcs.O.S.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the way my child's ongoing bullying that escalated into physical assault over the past two months has been handled by this center. Despite multiple conversations with the Center Director, Mr. ***** I have continuously been talked over, dismissed, and assured that the issue would be addressedyet no action or resolution has been taken to protect my ************************* child continues to suffer while those in charge fail to follow through on their responsibilities. After receiving no results from Mr. ***** I escalated the matter to the District Leader, Crystal. I was informed last week that she received my concern and would call me to discuss it. I finally heard from her 3 days later, only to be told that she hopes to get to it today, but it's a busy day for ****** again, another day passes with no accountability or protection for my ************************* is unacceptable that a child's safety is being treated as a low priority. I expected a safe environment and responsible leadershipboth have been sorely lacking.I also have complaints from my children that their new teachers are telling them to "Shut up". I have also asked multiple times for them not to call my daughter by "*****" when her name is Cindorella, and they continue to call her ***** right in front of me. It hurts me and my daughters to know that they don't take our complaints seriously, and try to brush it off as if its no big deal.

My children were purposely targeted to be mistreated for months. Confirmed by current and past employees. The director and assistant director instructed their teachers to punish them and mean to them over a personal disagreement they had with one of our babysitters. My oldest ensured the worst, especially when another student touched his Private areahis teacher instructed him well just dont talk to him anymore no incident report was written, no consequence for the other boy and no adult in the building had the decency to inform me. Its a revolving door of directors and teachers, each one worse than the last. I have opened up multiple claims with corporate and they are closed with no resolve. Its so sad for the children who are still stuck there. The director and assistant director bring their older children in multiple times a week and the students paying to be there are bullied by them. Its a terrible corporation and the worst location. Be very weary.

On 5/13/25, upon picking up my child. She complained that her arms hurt. I checked and there were close to 50 scratches up and down both arms. I immediately posted on the kindercare app with photos and explained that my child said she was assaulted by a girl there. ******** *******, the director, and I met the next morning. She stated she would speak to the girl and her mother and send us both a report. That evening, at pick up, I saw the girl and her mother leaving the center so I asked if she was spoken to about what her daughter did to my daughter. She said no. We went inside and ******** said she spoke to the girl. I told her that she was supposed to speak to the mother before she left today! It turned into a scene. I left. I had no other form of childcare so, against my will, I brought my child back there the next day. My daughter was then punished by ******** as she was moved to another classroom for the safety of all the children. Mind you, my daughter was the one who was assaulted! ******** never gave me an incident report. She has lied to ***, OEC, to her superiors and to the police about why she didnt give me the report saying that I didnt come in to talk to her but she never asked me to and I have an audio recording of our meeting. She keeps burying herself in lies as to why she didnt follow safety protocols after an injury. Due to her constant lies and teachers not taking ownership, I ask parents to please not send their children to this site in *********** unless ******** ******* is removed from her position. I am hoping she is terminated with the active investigation I currently have against them through *** and Office of Early Childhood. I have written several reviews so that parents become aware. I have removed my daughter 2 days after the incident but its still my duty to protect the infants and toddlers that are still there. Furthermore, they do not have cameras at this site and I think its to continue to mask their neglect to protect kids.

Review for KinderCare Learning Centers Pittsburg, ** As a mother, I placed my trust in KinderCare to care for and protect my 5-year-old twins. That trust was completely ********* daughter bravely came forward on her own and told us how her teacher, ***** ****** ***** ******, yanked her by the arm, shoved her into a chair, and slammed the chair up to the table, then screamed in her face. After speaking with my son privately, he opened up and shared that ***** squeezed his arm so tightly that her nails dug into his skin, and she yanked him down to the ground. These are 5-year-old children who were emotionally and physically traumatized by someone KinderCare paid to protect them. Sadly, it wasnt just my children. Other parents came forward about what happened to their children while in KinderCares care. At the ******************************* location, a 9-month-old baby was physically harmed by a different teacher, and instead of that incident being handled properly, another staff member recorded it and sent the video around to other colleagues. This shows not just abuse but a complete lack of professionalism and concern for childrens safety. Rather than removing ***** or taking swift action, KinderCare allowed her to float between multiple centers Mahogany, ********************, and finally *********. And when teachers tried to speak up, KinderCare placed those staff members on leave punishing them for doing the right thing.District Leader ***** and Regional Director ***** were both made aware of what was happening. HR Representative ******, who was supposed to be investigating, instead told staff that he and ***** go way back, making employees feel unsafe and silenced. Thats not a neutral investigation thats a cover-up. This is now being investigated by **************** and ************** Licensing, but only because parents kept pushing. KinderCare has not issued a public apology, accepted responsibility, or taken meaningful steps to protect other children.

My grandchild has been a victim of her hair being cut, everyone has turned a blind eye to this abuse. Ive complained to state of California licensing who didnt find out thing. The kids nose are always running they literally **** up the snot, pick up your kids and their faces are crusty. Bathroom is horrible. All the money people put into the center is sad. Its like a ghetto trap spot. **** needs to check in a fine them for ALL THEIR LICENSE VIOLATIONS.

Was randomly charged $441 because of a "miscommunication" when my son switched to a higher age classroom. Took the director several days to get back to me after messaging her multiple times. Once she(********) finally got back to me said she would get it taken care of, i dont hear anything for 2 days. after I see the charge went through to my account i call her, she tells me she is waiting on billing and its not her fault that her center charged me $441 when they shouldn't have charged me at all. Now i have overdraft fees and late fees to bills that i cannot pay because of this and as a single father it has put a lot of strain on me. She offered no actual solution to the problem and told me they should get it back to me next week.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, whether as an employee or a customer. The work environment is highly unprofessional, with instances of racism that make it incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the facility is unsanitary and unclean, which is completely unacceptable given the nature of the services ******************* seems more interested in playing favorites rather than treating everyone fairly. Theres a blatant disregard for addressing false accusations, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. The favoritism extends to the treatment of children, which is deeply concerning and unfair.Overall, this place needs serious improvements in professionalism, cleanliness, and management practices. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Very dissatisfied. They charge you for services you dont receive. If the school is closed for weather or building issues they still charge you. When the school has a planned closure and you do not change your schedule they still charge you. Its not right.
