My arrowroot flour had blackened flakes, turned out to be little microscopic bugs all three bags. ***** *** **** *** Albertsons stated to contact company directly after returning the unopened one and gave me the other three back due to them being opened cause I opened the package to make sure the product was safe. Not used opened. I’m vegan and I buy these products all the time, this was a first. The products are not sales aren’t high in the area. I watched same products for two months on there shelves. I have almond flour had bugs, 23.00 each I buy for my mom and myself plus a play sister’s who trying out vegan and gluten free. I’m sure it’s the store. Red’s mill has been excellent up to now. I’m still waiting for a response

Unfair sale practices &customer service,I purchased a container of oat flour from their Amazon store, after they accepted pymnt they sent me a notice stating the product was not in stock &they would notify ********* it to me when it was. I work very hard for my money & at times its difficult to feed my family. Waiting for restock took weeks, when Suddenly they refunded my money &the product was no longer being sold for the price I had purchased it for...They had tripled the price! They advertised, sold me & accepted my money, then raised the price & refunded my $stating the item was no longer available for the price I paid!! Confused, I tried the Amazon seller contact info but no response, the Amazon sellers page where I made my purchase gave the business info "Bobs Red Mill" as well as their head quarters address, website, online store & a "visit store here" prompt that took you directly to their website... I emailed the contact shown &it was infact the office of ***'s Red Mill. I was told "sorry" there is nothing that they would do for me! So I wrote to The Head ************************* Coordinator, she apologized for the "inconvenience" & said they would not honor the price they charged me &since they had refunded my $ the transaction was closed. What! I held up my end! She sent me three $1 coupons towards any product in their store. The new price of the flour was almost $30 more !! What would three $1 in store coupons do for me? So I wrote their Supervisor for ******************** Affairs stating this was unfair sales practice& they just needed to honor the original agreed transaction& deliver it, she stated that their Amazon sales are considered a "third party" bcz it is not their "actual" website so they will not honor their Amazon transactions, she felt they had resolved my issue &bcz she did not care for my accusations they would no longer communicate w/me! WOW!I was so unfairly treated & $3 was not compensation..DON'T TRUST ***'S RED MILL!!! Buyer BEWARE!
