            I have been ordering kratom from Kraken for at least 3 years and am a very frequent customer. I occasionally leave town for a week or two at a time and will order kratom as 2 day priority mail in order to receive it in time. So far it has not reached me in time any of the instances in which I asked for priority. I have payed an extra $9+ in all of these instances and met all of the cut-off date requirements. My recent order will yet again not arrive for a total of 6 days after paying for 2 day priority. I will never order priority again and would like some form of compensation for one of these instances in the very least.
