      Total c*** No phone service so I can't call and get help, **************** not available. Have had nothing but c*** service since I signed on. Can't wait to cancel service. VERY disappointing! DON'T sign up with them! You will regret it!!

      I received my new iPhone from Consumer Cellular a week ago, and so far I have spent about 12 hours on the phone and actually driving to the store. I still dont have service on my new phone and Xfinity and Consumer Cellular cant seem to work out porting my number. After spending another hour on the phone yesterday with both companies I have been advised I need to go to the Xfinity store again and get a new port PIN . I got one when I ordered the phone, and another at the Xfinity store last week, now I will drive 45 minutes to the store again and get a new PIN, however I have little faith that that will solve the issue as it keeps getting rejected due to bad Zip code. Fortunately I signed up for two lines so I have a working phone, but in the meantime I have missed a week of texts and I doubt they can be recovered.

      The order process was easy and I received my phone quickly. The upload was easy as well though adjusting to my new phone was a bit irritating. I think that's just the deal when you get a new phone.

      Everything went very well until I tried to set up my phone. The directions were not broken down enough for me to complete the set up. Since, I'm a visual learner, I went to a Target tech and this particular store does not service consumer cellular anymore. Went to another Target and got the help I needed. This is in the **** MN area. We need more brick and mortar stores for hands on help and a product
