    In June 2022, I purchased $300 worth of rose plants and labels from Heirloom Roses for my wife for our 27th Anniversary. The roses arrived healthy and I planted them as instructed.Over the past year, only 1 of the 5 bushes has marginally thrived. The others are *really sickly*, not even producing flowers, so I reached out to Heirloom Roses a week ago. I sent photos and a description of the issue and asked for recommendations on how to resuscitate the under-performing plants.After submitting my inquiry, I received an instant auto-reply that they'd be back in touch. After 6 days, I emailed again asking if they'd forgotten about me. Still nothing.Recent replies by the company to complaints on this website indicate they're "slammed" with business. I'm glad to hear your business is doing better than the roses I purchased from you!As a small business owner myself, I've never lost sight of the fact that my existing customers - the ones who trusted me enough to become customers in the first place - must never be put in second place because I owe my success to them. Does it mean I have to spend some late nights answering emails and fielding calls? You bet! That's the price of doing good business. If your new business becomes such a disruption to servicing your past clients that they feel forgotten, then it's time to reevaluate your customer service processes, not make excuses for it.

    Update: I was contacted by ***** with Heirloom Roses not long after I left my initial review. She called me at a mutually-agreed upon time and we spoke at some length about the situation we're experiencing with our roses. She was interested in understanding the situation and the outcome was that she resolved my concerns to my satisfaction.I have chosen to update my initial review rather than to retract it because no company is perfect and I believe it's a positive reflection on a business when they work with a customer to make a situation right. That's the best a customer can ever hope for. So thank you, ***** and Heirloom Roses, for hearing my concerns and resolving them to my satisfaction.

    Awful ***************** I emailed them 2 weeks ago about a rose **** that did not survive. I received an immediate reply that a **************** Representative would contact me shortly. Here it is 2 weeks later and Ive heard nothing. All I get from Heirloom Roses is daily solicitations to buy more roses.

    I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Heirloom Roses is hyperaggressive about marketing. If you sign up for emails you will be treated to a landslide of them on a daily basis. Furthermore there is NO way on their website to UNsubscribe! Additional problem is that contacting them directly via email doesn't work either. They never actually answer their phones, you are just put on hold. I've tried multiple times and finally give up on the "music" every time after twentyto thirty minutes. All I can say is, if they have to hide themselves so hard maybe their roses aren't so great after all. If someone is in business they need to treat customers like potential buyers not like "targets" or "marks" for abusive emailing marketing with no opt-out available.

If you click this you can modify the frequency with which you hear from us. I hope that helps. All of our customers can modify how often they wish to receive communications from us. In the meantime, I will completely remove you from our email list.

    I've been buying rose's from herloom rose's for the last 2yrs and have had great success they have a great warranty replacement garntee but are short staffed and over welmed will orders this year I've gotten many beautiful rose's from herloom rose's for my Rose garden and I can tell you that they are worth every ***** they are a own root ***************** mean's grown from it's own root not grafted so you get a better root system and if it fails with in the 1st year they will replace it but just be patient and they will get back to you I lost a rose and it took a little longer due to the staff shortage to get back to me but they took care of it so they are a great company to spend your money to buy rose's from I know I've bought 15 rose's from herloom rose's this year and will continue to be a customer for life. *******************************
