What an absolute failure it has been dealing with this co. They have been in possession of my car now for over 14 months waiting and waiting... excuse after excuse. Pathetic lie after lie. Multiple occasions I have been told it was ready for pick up....and only after I have facilitated a ride to their shop to pick it up, I get dropped off and guess what? Each time Eric and Lucas are scrambling around trying to figure out why it wont start.. why its running like shit after they literally rebuilt half the motor... you blamed the most recent issue on the fuel PUMP. IT WAS THERE FOR FUEL AND CARB WORK. You left the old pump in there for me to break down? MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE HAD TO THREATEN THIS BUSINESS WITH LEGAL ACTION. The last time I went to pick up the car broke down and required a tow off the Northeast Extension within the 1st 1/2 hour of leaving EuromotiveAutohaus. Well, That was over 3 months ago and its still sitting at their shop not being fixed. They claim it had nothing to do with their shotty worksmanship. However they were the last ones up close and personal with the parts they claim are now mysteriously bad... Last straw with me today 08/25/23... LUCAS "We cant locate a part thats why its still sitting here"... its a 1973 VW Beetle ..... MILLIONS MADE yet you cant find a part. Today I told Euromotive Autohaus they can start paying me to rent my car. This prompted Lucas to call me and said they don't know how to fix the car and they want me to pick it up... It was nice hearing you try to own up to the last round of failed attempts but... What you should have said was ... WE DROPPED THE BALL OVER AND OVER AND FAILED YOU AS A CLIENT. WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE TOW YOU HAD TO PAY FOR AFTER LEAVING OUR SHOP. SORRY IT TOOK YOU SUGGESTING LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS OUR BUSINESS TO GET OUR ATTENTION. SORRY FOR THE EXCUSSES THAT LEAD YOU TO YELL AT US OVER THE PHONE AND WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT WE HAVE EARNED THIS REVIEW THAT WILL RIDE OUR GOOGLE ACOUNT FOR LIFE.

The crew at Eurohaus are something you don’t find commonly in the auto repair industry. Integrity, attention, politeness, & honesty. I immediately noticed how kind and open to how I wanted things done on my car. Most places you feel rushed and like your concerns are not being heard, not at Eurohaus. They did a complete suspension rebuild, coilover install, and tire mount for my Crossfire. I could not be happier with how my car looks and handles. The turnaround time was quick, the only issues were on my end by not providing the correct parts. It’s not the cheapest work, but I did not want cheap work done. I wanted professionals to do their thing the right way when it comes to safety. Absolutely phenomenal work by the crew over there, I could not praise them enough, 10/10 would recommend!!
