      Literally the worst place to take your car for service. I had some service done and they didnt do it right so I made appointment so they can look at my car. The girl at the desk dont have a care in the world about your car or nothing else. She made the appointment and then I go in the next day she said the mechanic who serviced my car wont be back until Monday. This is not the first time she did this either. They have your phone number in the system so instead of her calling and canceling the appointment she just let u drive on your gas and then just look stupid in the face when you walk in the store just to tell u oh I have no mechanic working he wont be back until Monday. Why are yall open if u have no mechanic to work? Then I called pep boys to complain the lady I spoke to on the phone didnt have a care in the world about my complaint. This is the pep boys on poplar in **********. Please do not go to this place for service. Literally the worst customer ********************** and they dont have mechanics that knows how to fix cars they just ripping you out your money.

      I took my vehicle to Pep Boys because there was a humming sound coming from the right side of the car, but I could not identify what it was. I requested that when inspecting the car, they drive it at least 45 mph minimum to hear the noise. They informed me that I needed a passenger side front wheel hub replacement which cost $905.91. I told them as long as that was the problem to complete the repairs.After paying and driving off with my car the same sound continued. I returned with the car to Pep Boys and was informed that the noise was coming from the driver side rear tires wheel bearing. They told me that they cannot give me a refund for the work that was done by mistake and are now trying to convince me to allow them to do additional work, totaling around $1100 to complete repairs needed. They have totally lost my trust, and my car still hasn't been fixed. Once I get my vehicle back the first thing, I'm doing is having it inspected to see if the wheel hub was replaced. Then I'll be contacting my ********* is impossible to contact anyone through Pep Boys customer ********************** number. I also found out that their corporate office is in ************. This is the first time I've ever had Pep Boy do repairs for me and I will never do it again.

      I had brought four tires, and the Pep Boys mechanic did not tell me they did not have the fourth tire, and my balance for my tire came off and had to come back twice. I paid for four, left the store with only three tires, and was told that they were sorry that they did not have this particular tire in the store. I paid for an alignment on my car, and the tire balance came off the wheel and made a noise and had to bring my car back on a Sunday, missing Bible study and had to get my husband to pick me up so I can make it to church. I had to wait again for the mechanic to fix the balance on the car. It was a rush job, They need more people to work there at this Pep Boys.

      Employee named Rayon is crazy like ******. He is a miserable loser who works at pepboys ******** ny. Doesn't smile or show any interest in making cash sales for parts. Dude should just sit home. Showing him my ID and giving him my phone # is not enough for him. How stupid is this guy. His temper is out of control like a little baby with broken on and off switch

      I went for a break inspection they inspected my break said only the back breaks needs to be replaced also told me I need an alignment being though I had a spare tire on my vehicle never told me I had to buy a new one also I paid to get a oil change fine so my entire service amount was 900 and something with a coupon for 50$ off ok never asked for two tires which ran ****** my breaks still squeak and scrapping sounds when I break called and the manager talk to me like I dont know whats going on with my car and told me I agreed to the service so o called the corporate number filed a complaint its been almost two weeks they said somebody would reach out in 24/48 hrs still nobody so what did I pay for if my breaks still bad

      Pep Boys on ********** in *********** is the worst business establishment I have ever encountered! I highly recommend going there if you want to be robbed by the company and have the management have zero cares about it after.I paid $1400 to have my brake pads replaced, when I picked up my car all of the payment terminals were having problems so I swiped my card and the payment was made and the funds were taken out of my account.I showed 2 managers that the funds had been taken out of my account but they said this had been happening quite often and they needed to contact the **************** I made it very clear that I did not have the funds in my bank account and by no means should they ring this transaction up a second time.A few days later, sure enough I woke up and another $1400 was withdrawn from my bank account. I called the store and neither of the managers wanted to be Hassled with my situation. They were both EXTREMELY RUDE.I was told by the manager he was not going to argue with me and that I had to call 1.800.pepboys to get my money back.I filed a dispute with my bank but was told it can take 14 business days to resolve the issue ( THREE WEEKS)!!!Pep Boys has no concern about their customers.NEVER GO TO **********************!

      Absolutely horrible work. I have spent 3.8k on work on 3 different occasions this year at this place. They are absolutely undeniably terrible at what they do. Outright Horrible work. you have been warned, and charges will be pressed for scam and fraudulent activity regarding a premium trim sports car.

      Bad business very unprofessional also prejudice they had my car for two months on the 20th I paid 2817.23 and I still don’t have my car the called me to come get my car when I get there it’s not ready

      I had a tune-up in spark plug work done 9 months ago. It was under warranty. My check engine light came on and when I went in there they said they would take care of it if it was indeed the spark plugs and coils. They said it was when they did some work on my car but then when I told them it was under warranty they decided to do some more digging as they would say. After my car was in the shop for 3 days when it was supposed to be done the day it was dropped off they decided to say it was from internal engine issues. 9 months prior they said my engine was perfect. I explained that due to improper installation and or bad spark plugs and coils 9 months ago when they did the work this could lead to what they are saying. How can my engine be perfect prior and now there's issues in the spark plugs and coils are bad again? They did not want to admit any fault and just wanted to make excuses and would not honor the warranty. Super Shady business with Superbad reviews check them out on ****** especially there terrible corporate office.
