    This business has incompetent workers 2 weeks this past month they did not pick up from my house. I called their customer service & The lady answering the phone was very rude and was yelling at me .and said she didnt care

    Mr. ****** I would like to look further into this claim. Can you please provide your service address so I can pull your account as well as your phone number so I can pull the recoding of the call?     I have been trying to get an answer for three days now as to why my recycle can went missing. It was placed out on Monday night for Tuesday pick up and it was full. When I went out to retrieve my empty can it was gone. I called County Hauling and they replied they turned it over to the route supervisor and he would get back to me. I called three days in a row got the same answer and no results. I guess I will just have to not recycle until I get a new can. If I wouldn't pay the bill on time they would stop picking up my trash. Where is the justice for the citizens? Not a Happy Resident.

    This is absolutely the WORST garbage company I have ever had to deal with. The customer service people are ignorant and rude they act like you are bothering them when you call and they don't even care what you are calling about, you try to explain and they just want to blame the customer you have to get upset in order for them to listen. I have been dealing with a billing issue since they started and when i called the first 3 times and talked to *** then *****, i was told their computers only go back 3months and they couldn't tell me what the late fees were for, i was told a supervisor is the only one to be able to tell and they would have him/her call me but never did. I got a sticker on my garbage can stating my account was delinquent and when i called and talked to ********** i was told i have to prove i paid my bills so i spent 3 hours at my bank getting copies of my cancelled checks, I asked for a billing phone number and they tole me they dont have one that i have to call them and they will put my issue into an email and send to them but response time would be 1-2 weeks. they picked up trash following week but then the week after same thing, they put a sticker saying delinquent account, i had to resend all of my checks to them to get them to pick up my trash when they came the following week they only picked up half of it and when i called I was spoken to like i was an idiot, the lady asked me if i put loose trash in the can or if it were in a bag. I said all my trash are in bags, she said leave you r trash at the curb and i will see if they can come pick it up.. they never came. this company is terrible in every way.

    The same service is being provided as always. But my bill increased from 47 dollars yo 87 dollars. That is an outrageous increase. I called to see if it was correct, unfortunately they said it is and there was an increase in everyones bill.

    Worst wast management company I've ever dealt with! Finally got a bill after months of the garbage not being picked up on time, them not taking 4 cans, only 3, to getting a shutoff bill of $344 or they can put a lean on our home. And God forbid you try to contact them!

    We get our garbage picked up on a Wednesday we have two units so we pay for two which is over 85 $ and so it said every unit is allowed to have 3 garbage cans per unit so that is 6 garbage can we pay ever month on time and they only took 1 garbage can my husband called and they said they would have some one come out never came he called Friday to talk to the supervisor and they always said they wasnt there now it is Monday and still 5 cans of garage still there its been almost a week and we llive in the country so raccoons keep getting in the garbage I wish our county would go back to the other garbage company we had there terrible and we have a birthday party coming up and this grarbage company is terrible please help us

    Horrible service 2nd time this year they left my garbage I have called 5x since Tuesday garbage is still out there hot sun 82 degrees no one seems to care.Never had a problem with the previous company.There are 7 units on my street mine is connected to my neighbor they took everyones but mine. It is in black commercial bags in garbage can I guess they couldnt turn their head around and see mine.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHAT A JOKE!!!

    I'm totally frustrated with this company. They constantly miss my trash. Then when you get in touch with a person he drops the **bomb on me because they don't have reliable vehicles. This is not my problem. They want their money up front, but don't want to provide the service. Then they want to blame you. Saying was your trash out. Every evening day before pick up. They say I work until 12:30pm. Then another person says until 5:00pm. Can't believe a word they say.

    Actually I've never had a problem with pick-up, but this company is plagued with billing problems. They seem to change their billing dates around, causing confusion, and either don't send a bill, or send it just a few days before the due date, then they take over three weeks to negotiate the payment. My last bill said "Pay this amount $4.20". It appeared to have an adjustment, so I thought nothing of it. Of course, the bill had been prepared incorrectly, so this next bill will be doubled, probably with late charges which they like to add. County Hauling's Customer Service Representatives obviously take the brunt of the company's incompetence, are extremely rude, and will literally laugh at you if you ask to speak to a supervisor. My neighbors have had many problems with them, too, so I'm not talking about isolated incidents. They really don't need to care, as they know they're under municipal contract, and residents have to deal with them.

    Horrible service-did not pick up trash 3 times in the last 5 weeks. Called company numerous times with no results. If I had a choice, would not use them as provider. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
